The ocean view is astounding... by far the best part of staying in this unit. The king-size bed is very comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced. The unit itself is very small. Closet space is effectively nonexistent. HVAC noise is extremely loud and disturbing. Strongly suggest updating the unit. The parking spot is dangerously close to a large concrete support post. Scrape marks from.past tenants attest to the difficulties in parking.

Clean & economical

We were looking for an economy place to stay during our recent trip to Bethany. That was clean & safe. This place fit the bill. Plus, had the added benefit of ocean views, sounds & beautiful sunrise. It has all the basics & is clean. It could use updating of furniture & decorations.

Amazing vacation!

Lovely place

Very clean and comfortable, location was great, 2 minutes easy walk to the beach, or just sit on the patio and take in the beautiful view of ocean, sound of the waves , awesome sunrise over the ocean from the deck in the morning, and when we wanted to sleep in the blinds were very effective at keeping the room dark too. Apartment had everything we needed, except hair dryer, so bring your own if it’s important to you? We appreciated the complementary tea and coffee. The couch, bed and chair were very comfortable. We had a great stay here.

Gréùt place but two issues

Apt was very clean and well appointed. Two things I would change: 1. No bureaus or any furniture with drawers in bedroom. Lived out of suitcases 2. Pile of blankets on bedroom closet floor should be in plastic if they are clean. If used, they should be removed.
