Our new condo is one of only six two-bedroom vacation units located on the front tower of Westwinds, overlooking the two pools with an outstanding Gulf and Beach view . UNIT AND BUILDING INFORMATION:

Located conveniently on the 3rd floor, the wrap around balcony directly faces the beach and Gulf of Mexico. It has an unusually open, airy feel with great views of the Westwinds Pools, on site Restaurant, and the Sandestin Beach Club pool next door.

The large renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. New renovations have just been completed and new furnishings add to the light and beachy feeling of the condo.

BOTH bedrooms have king size beds, renovated bathrooms, both with walk in showers.

The only thing between you and the beach is the pool!.

The living room has a 55" Smart HDTV flat screen TV, and both bedrooms have Smart HDTV flat screen TVs..

Complimentary Beach Chairs and umbrellas are provided for your use, or you can rent Sandestin® Beach Setups using your credit card.

Westwinds has a beautiful adult fitness center for ages 16 and above, which has been added on the ground level and provides great views of the pool and Gulf!

There is an onsite tiki hut which is staffed seasonally with food and drinks, no need to leave the pool for lunch. They accept cash or credit cards as well. Or cook your own food with the Bar-B-Que grills provided on the West Side lawn.

The adults only hot tub is secluded in the rocks, and the heated lagoon style pool and kiddie pool are attractively landscaped. Both pools are heated seasonally.

24x7 Security is provided for the safety of your vacation experience. The building is secured by gates and building lock codes to assure you have a comfortable and safe vacation.

The other amenities of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort are just a short tram ride away. Your reservation includes free tram transportation for all guests.

Tram cards and route maps are in the unit for you to use during your stay. The Tram stops at the ground level of Westwinds just outside the door approximately every 20 minutes from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m

Enjoy the Marina, which includes water sports and fishing charters. Reserve a court at the Tennis Club for Tennis or Pickle Ball, or play one of the four world-class golf courses. Visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf located inside the resort featuring an array of shops, restaurants, and family activities. Just outside the resort is Grand Boulevard, a premier collection of restaurants and shops along with a grocery store, movie theater, and more.

Special Golf rates are available during the winter months if you join the Snowbird club, just ask at any of the golf courses on the property. Three golf courses are available year round. Just call for rates and tee times once you arrive.

Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort is a 2400 acre community with activities and restaurants on both the beach side and the bay side for your daytime and evening entertainment.

There are no keys to mail, very convenient. Our attentive Rental Manager lives at the Resort so will be available to attend to your needs and concerns. Each guest has a unique kaba lock code to ensure security during the entire stay.

Cancellation policy: a $100 cancellation penalty may be taken if the unit is canceled before final payment. After final payment has been made you will forfeit the deposit if the unit cannot be re-rented for the same dates. We will make every effort to rent those dates for you, but in the event it is not booked, you will forfeit your deposit. and any unrented nights. There are no refunds for early departure for any reason.
