Breckenridge family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying in Denver the first night helped with the kids & altitude sickness. Beautiful drive to Breckenridge! Kids wanted to watch soccer finals but TV would not work. Turns out remove was in coach cushions! Guess no cleaning of couch! Unit was dirty & extremely noisy

Overall a lovely stay with a fully stocked kitchen and beautiful view. Jacuzzi was clean and working well which was nice. Property management team were very responsive.Property could do with some refurbishment particular the outdoor areas with wooden floors and wooden benches (back deck and front door) which were slightly warped and one or two of the deck chairs were broken.Massive resort construction is taking place right next door which is a bit disturbing during the daytime due to the compactor.

Check in was very easy and Summit Rental was very responsive to any questions we had pre,during and post the stay.We had several meals with a large group and was great to have all the pots, pans and utensils to make and serve the meal. The 2 dishwashers also made clean up easy.We enjoyed our stay at Boulder Ridge

Great house but next to a huge construction project.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house with plenty of space to enjoy your family. They posted on the website that this house was near a construction project but they could have said it was right next door. To hear 5 construction pieces of equipment go for 12 hours a day with each one having a backup beeper going off all day long. We couldn't sit outside and we had to shut some windows just to be able it bearable. This huge construction project is in the backyard of this house. It was very disappointing to spend thousands to stay here for the week and have the stress and noise of this affect my family. They would start working at 6:15am and usually would stop around 7pm. I contacted the rental company and simply was told we posted the construction project on the website. My issue is they could have really described it and posted pictures of what you would experience instead saying it was near by. The house is great but not worth the price I paid for renting it for a week! It should be drastically discounted for the inconvenience of all the noise that is going on throughout the day. I was hoping when I contacted the rental office that they would have offered another house to me or at least discounted this one to reflect the less than perfect conditions.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Breckenridge! The property was spotless, with upgraded amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. The attention to detail in the home’s design and furnishings was impressive. The location was great, and the host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Ski Trip

We had a group of 8 for a ski trip and this property was ideal for us. Very clean and close to the ski lifts. Communication also was very good leading up to and during our stay. We would absolutely consider this property in the future.

Family Staycation away from Home!

We booked this property because of the space! Our three kids and their families joined us for a wonderful trip to Breckenridge. Everyone had their own space with a bathroom and could get together in the large living room, kitchen, and dining area. It was a wonderful way to spend a week together.

It will be one of our most memorable trips! The boulder ridge house and lodge were perfect for our needs and the yard between the two houses made the perfect place for sledding
