After a day of fun-filled activities, relax in our secluded hot tub, or grab yourself a hot cocoa and get cozy next to our spectacular wood burning fireplace.
The Space:
This spacious 4300 square foot home is perfect for big families or group of friends that want to take advantage of everything Breckenridge has to offer. Our 9 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests.
The main floor features a comfortable family room, large kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and an outdoor patio. Get cozy in the family room with our wood-burning fire place, a flat screen TV, and expansive windows where you can enjoy a nice forest view. Cook a delicious homemade meal in our fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space. Enjoy your dinner with loved ones in our spacious dining area conveniently located right next to the kitchen and outdoor deck with a couple of grills. The main floor also has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub plus separate shower, and access to the outdoor deck. The deck boasts a secluded hot tub with a couple of tables and chairs for you to relax in.
The upper level of the house has a common area with a pool table and additional seating. There are two bedrooms each with two queen size beds, en suite bathrooms, and large closets, located at both ends of the hall. One of these bedrooms has an opening with a few steps that leads to the upper living room area with a massive L-shaped couch and TV. You can also access this space from the garage.
After a long day of fun activities, guests can make their way to the lower level of the house where you will find 4 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, plus 2 bedrooms each with two twin size beds. On this floor, you will find the third living room area with comfortable couches. There are three bathrooms to share between 6 bedrooms, with one of them being a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio and the private hot tub. Guests will also have access to 2 parking spots in the garage with 4 additional spots in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Located less than a mile from historic downtown, you will be close enough to all of the action. At your fingertips, you will have access to shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and other fun activities that Breckenridge has to offer. If you can't decide where to start, the spectacular Breckenridge overlook is a short 4 minute walk from your accommodation.
Getting Around:
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Nordic Center bus stop on the Black Express Route only a 4 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The garage has a height of 7', larger vehicles will not fit. Pets are allowed, pet fees apply. Please ask us for more information.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
