Stroll to the pools and world-class tennis from this lakeview second floor 2-bedroom (and loft), 2-bath garden-style condo! Featuring a screened porch, this single-level layout offers a living and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. This condo has been recently renovated and features brand new LG appliances for the kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Other recent upgrades include new kitchen hardware on drawers and cabinets, new Kohler Evolution toilets, and a new Miele washer and ventless dryer. Additional amenities available at your stay include two TVs and a gas fireplace.

Very nice place at Sea Colony West

Very nice, comfortable unit, well-equipped kitchen, two good size TVs, good wireless. Long flight of stairs to get to front door, so if stairs are a problem for you , you might want a first floor unit instead. Beautiful location, overlooks two lakes with a screened in and an open deck, and a short walk to the fitness center and pools.

Great location but in need of serious cleaning and updates

Apartment is outdated and felt like it needed a serious cleaning. Upon arrival there were crumbs all over the floor and food splashed on the kitchen cabinets. Beds and kitchen appliances are very old. Clothes dryer was broken before we arrived and took a week to be fixed. Patio furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable. But it is a great location.

We also apologize for the issue with the dryer and the time it took to find the right contractor to take care of the venting issue. We did compensate you for the lack of use of the dryer for the week. We appreciate the feedback on the other items (kitchen appliances and patio furniture) and will be forwarding these to the homeowner. 19007 poorly maintained

We will probably visit Sea Colony again but will never rent this unit again. The bed mattresses are very very hard. My wife had to go buy a mattress pad to be able to sleep. Appliances are old and unit is poorly maintained. Unit was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. We liked the community as a whole. Having had such a bad experience with this unit gives us concerns about other units Vacasa rents.

Nice location and layout- outdated nonfunctional appliances

Pros: This is a lake view 2nd floor 2BR + loft unit. Cons: the appliances are very old, possibly 30+ yo. Microwave OTR fan is completely broken so no venting when you cook= fire alarm going off every time. Microwave power is half what it is norm these days so it takes much longer than expected. Oven knobs are broken so you have no knowledge of the actual temperature if you are heating up something. The electric heating elements are slanted so pans will also be slanted on them. Toaster was broken. The unit is dirty with very old sofa and dirty tub and shower heads so you feel you better take your shower needs to the pool house. Carpet in the BRs is also dirty, so is the cheap plastic unsteady outdoor furniture in the balcony. We have stayed in multiple other SeaColony units in the past and some are fantastic some are just ok but this one is very poorly maintained. It’s a shame as a bit of TLC would bring this very-well-located unit to a different league. I’m sure some of not most of the blame should go to the Managment company, VACASA which ultimately advertises the units and amenities but has no clue about the condition of the unit. Not recommended.

Relaxing
