Better each time

Third time staying here and it gets better and better each time. The place was very clean when we walked in and the updated balcony furniture was a welcomed addition. We spent so much time on the balcony as the view is perfect. Already looking forward to next year at 800C!

Big and well stocked. Beautiful view. Needs some cleaning up.

Spacious, well stocked, the patio and view are terrific. Please throw out the moldy chaise lounges, and moldy bathroom shower curtains, and clean that toaster oven.

Beautiful unit for all ages

Edgewater is the center of activity for Sea Colony East. Kids have indoor & outdoor pools and lots of play areas. Older guest can enjoy sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean. Plenty of picnic areas on the Promenade and the building houses the Food Cafeteria with coffee, sandwiches, pizza and snacks. Easy connections to the Sea Colony Tram service, if you want to ride the grounds. Our favorite building for sure.

The very best unit!

We have stayed in Edgewater 4-5 times over the last several years and this by FAR is the best unit! We literally have nothing bad to say about it. Decor, furniture and stocked kitchen needs were all perfect. Everything was homey and comfortable. Lots of wonderful additions - fresh flowers on table and the option to create a 3rd BR was so nice! We have a toddler and appreciate the absence of nicnaks! As a warning to other parents of toddlers all tables are glass top and the one has a very large overhanging glass piece that moves. Not a huge deal and our kiddo is well behaved but we did need to really stay on him to not knock it over. I hope the owners read this and know how beautiful their home is, and how we will book it again next time we are down if available! Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us.

Nice Unit but lacking in cleanliness and maintenance

We liked the location and the layout of the unit. Clearly some nice updates done to the unit. However during upon check in we found that several maintenance items that were needed to the unit which were left unresolved during our stay even after reporting them. And the cleanliness of the unit was severely lacking.

This unit checks all our boxes. And although AC distribution in the back bedroom was a challenge, we still give it 5-stars. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, beds were very comfortable, pillows & blankets were plentiful, center unit with great view. We are already looking forward to next year!

800C Edgewater House, Sea Colony

This is our second stay at Edgewater House & it was absolutely amazing! The views from the 8th floor balcony are breath taking no matter what time of day. This condo has “everything” you need including a wet bar with a wine cooler too! The assigned parking spot is super close to the condo entrance & let’s not forget you can walk across the street to Dunkin Donuts for your morning coffee! If you’re a first time renter at Sea Colony, this is the condo for you & your family!
