Perfect place to relax after a full day exploring the Rockies! OUT OF BOUNDS apartment is a 2Bedroom/1 bath unit on the main floor of Banff Boundary Lodge. The Unit sleeps comfortably 6 people and features an open living space, in floor heating, new A/C system, a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, 1King and 2 Queen size beds and a newly renovated bathroom. Amenities include: Wifi, Cable TV, A/C, shared outdoor hot tub, BBQ Grills, Firepit area, laundry facilities and plenty of free parking.
Perfectly located in the Condominium grounds, the unit is protected from the road traffic noise and it is a short walk to the hot tub and BBQ/Firepit area to provide you privacy and relaxation with your friends and family. Good Location

The location was convenient to Canmore and Banff. The place is small with no real closets and felt a bit cramped for 4 adults. That said- it had what we needed as a home base for coming back to after spending all day in the parks.

Thanks for your feedback Jenny. I am sorry you felt the place was not big enough for you. We have two nicely sized bedrooms with a chest of drawers and mountain themed wall hangers in each room, and a spacious living space with open kitchen, counter and a large closet at the entrance. Usually guests do not have issues with storage or space but it may not be as big as you are used to. Glad you enjoyed your time in the mountains.

The location of this place is absolutely perfect for those wanting to experience all the beauty of the area. We had our own rental car and we could t have askes for a more convenient home base.

Clean & comfortable!

We had a great stay! The location is very close (5-10 min?) to the towns of Canmore and Banff for eating and shopping. Very close to Banff Park as well. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the shower and bathroom, and the shared hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! We had everything we needed to cook some meals and relax and was overall a lovely stay.

Great spot!

We loved this place! A little quieter than Canmore, but closer to skiing and hikes! Communication was amazing with the hosts and it had everything we needed to be our home away from home for the ling weekend! Highly recommend!

Excellent location, sparkling clean

Silvia’s home is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Her descriptions and communication are excellent, and the location was perfect for traveling into Banff, Canmore, and beyond. We cooked several meals and did laundry during our 5-day stay; the kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry room was easy to operate. The beds were very comfortable too. We highly recommend, and would gladly return.

Nice condo, great value

Well kept property, clean and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed (except cooking oil). Check in was easy. Neighbours above were quite noisy late one night, but I would think that’s very hit or miss.

Responsive hosts- just a miss on the small details.

Pros: The hosts for this property are very easy to work with, responsive and helpful. The stay was sufficient for a family of 5. Check in and check out were very easy. Cons: Ran out of toilet paper and towels for a family of 5 for one week. Cleanliness issues upon check in but the host was willing to have cleaners come back if needed. Washers did not work due to app problems, therefore we were not able to use laundry facilities, which was a headache since we packed with the use of a washer in mind.

Hi Erika, you did not ask for extra toilet paper during your stay- there is plenty at the condo and we have cleaners coming in every day - I sent messages to ask if you needed anything and did not ask for it. it would have been easy to accomodate your needs. The condo washers were repaired the day after you reported the issue by the maintenance crew at the condo. I sent you a message right away to let you know about it. Too bad you did not use them the day after they were fixed.

Nice getaway

We were looking for a quick getway as a family before everyone returned to school and work after the holidays. The location is ideal, with quick access to Banff Natl Park and to Canmore. Silvia was very easy to communicate with and when we had a small "snag" was very quick to respond and offer up a solution.It was greatly appreciated. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely consider staying here again if/when we return to the area as a family.

Reasonable location close to the moutains

A comfortable apartment with the added feature of 3 beds to accommodate families. Best suited as a base for adventures as opposed to a place to spend lengthy periods of time, as the condo itself does not have views and is in a busy (loud) complex. I would suggest bringing your own coffee and towels (& some paper for the loo) as the supplies were insufficient for our 3 night stay. All in all, a clean and comfortable space, and close to Canmore so that you can zip out to get anything you may need.

Hi Kristi, we are surprised to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your stay since you did not contact us either before or during your stay. Unfortunately we can vet our guests but not our neighbors' short term rental guests - this is why the condo has a security company available to address noise concerns immediately (the number to call was at the entrance of the unit for your convenience). As far as supplies, we are surprised you did not have enough for your group as we provide bath/hands and hottub towels for our guests as well as a welcome package that includes coffee, hot chocolate, assorted teas, popcorn, oil, sugar, salt and various spices in addition to cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo. If you needed extra items you could have just contacted us and we would have been happy to provide you with additional supplies.

It is a very family friendly cozy apartment within the Banff Boundary Lodge condo grounds. The condo is nicely located outside Canmore at a easy driving/biking distance from Canmore or Banff. We like the peaceful setting and the ability of walking on the trails on the back of the property with our family.
