The Space:
Perfect for a couple or small family, this condo offers direct access to the slopes in winter and a peaceful retreat in summer. After a long day outside, unwind by the fireplace or cool off with the portable A/C unit in the living room. Kick back and stream your favorites on the 65” Roku TV—or head upstairs to the loft, which has its own 50” Roku TV.

The galley kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher—ideal for easy meal prep. The dining area features a table that seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. The main bedroom includes a brand-new king mattress, and the open loft includes a queen bed and bunk beds, accessible via a spiral staircase.

A full bathroom and in-unit laundry complete the setup for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located in SnowPine Village at Holiday Valley, the condo is right next to the SnowPine Lift with true ski-in/ski-out access. Use the lit trails to ski back to the unit at night.

Getting Around:
In the winter, put your skis on and hop on the lift—weather dependent, of course! The SnowPine Lift is right next to the condo, offering true ski-in/ski-out access. A shuttle can also pick you up from the SnowPine Village parking lot and take you to the Holiday Valley lodge. Ride shares are typically available on weekends. The condo is just a 5-minute drive to the Village of Ellicottville, where you'll find great restaurants, shops, and year-round activities.

Other Things to Note:
🚶‍♂️ There are stairs from the parking lot to reach the building.
🌀 A narrow spiral staircase leads to the loft area.
👶 The loft may not be suitable for small children.
🚙 Winter parking is limited to 2 cars per unit on weekends and select holidays—parking passes provided.
🌨️ A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in snowy conditions.
