Welcome to Beulaire, our Rental Retreat Suite, overlooking Downtown Roseburg.

This listing is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Suite with a Full Kitchen with a private entrance. This is not a whole house reservation.

With a love for the views of California in Belaire we opened up our rental with the name Beulaire.

The interior decor is mid century modern with a California Flair.

Beulaire sits above a park with stunning views of Downtown. Enjoy the deer, birds and sounds of fountains in our garden.

Although we have a hot tub. This is not a guest amenity.

Our property is very private, quiet and peaceful, yet steps away to outings!

Not wanting any guests to be surprised at arrival. Beulaire is a Suite below April & Pauls residence. It is not a whole house reservation.

Your Suite is completely private and well separated from the upper level. Although it is very quiet, we do share air ducts which may carry a movie or music sound from one level to another.

Most guests as well as Paul & April rarely hear anything but if this is bothersome, you may want to check one of thier other properties.

Finding the entry to the property was hardest part. Parking was OK. The views and the space was great. Nice central location for many places to visit.

My son and I had an amazing time in Roseburg. The apartment was perfect and very clean. We enjoyed the backyard and deck very much. The night view of downtown Roseburg was beautiful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, comfortable, and great amenities

This place is worth your money! The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The shower pressure is great. The amenities excel. Very quiet neighborhood. Communication with host is excellent. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at this well equipped, downstairs apartment while visiting family. The view from the deck is fabulous, and at dusk 2 deer came visiting. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet in tge neighborhood. The collection of hollywood memorabilia from the 1930's, 40's, and 50's was unbelivably interesting. The host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. The house is high up on a hill above town, whic created great views, but a steep incline for walking up and down to apartment.

Clean, comfy, great neighborhood. Missed having thermostat to control temp. Very loud furnace came on at night, waking us up every time. It was comfortable without the blast furnace. We opened window to stay cool at night.

Cozy 2 bedroom apt with nice views of the city

We enjoyed our stay here and especially appreciated all the added touches like water and popcorn as well as all toiletries including shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste/make up remover and even contact solution! Hosts who reside on the property were extremely friendly and helpful providing recommendations for dinner and favorite wineries as well! And the shower was amazing! We were able to drive to Crater Lake, Umpqua Valley Wineries and even the coast from here. We were very happy here and would stay here again if in the area!

Great night stay

Apartment was well furnished, comfortable and had several items available that one might forget. Address was easy to find, but we were uncertain if we parked in the right spot and somewhat guessed where to enter. Would consider staying again if the need arose.

Great property and host! Loved all of the amenities & location. April was helpful with giving dining suggestions. This is definitely a five star place, however it is an apartment underneath a home, if that makes a difference for you.

Great stay…..nice place on the hill

Overall simply great experience. The booking and check in/out process seamless. Actually had no reason to reach out to the property manager. Worked well for two adults who were in town for a couple of days. The view from the deck looking south down the valley made for a nice end to the work day with a beverage. I also appreciated the amenity items fans, extra blanket, comfortable sheets, etc. Would stay here again is back in the area.

Prefect Crash pad

This was a cozy and very clean “interior “ place to stay. The host had plenty of nice thoughtful touches for guest. It was initially odd knowing we were in someone’s house, lower level, but we barely heard any noise from upstairs! The exterior was a bit messy and unkept, but did not reflect the interior at all, which was extremely clean!

Beautiful Rental

We had a wonderful stay for four nights. The space is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We really enjoyed our time exploring Roseburg and the surrounding area, tasting wine, and enjoying the sun and had a comfortable space to come back and relax. Definite 5 stars

The location is excellent if you want to be close to downtown and close to the wineries. The space is awesome and nicely appointed. I must warn that GPS in the area doesn’t take you to the property. The host is delightful and very helpful. I recommend it!!!

Disc golf adventure with brother Tom.

We came from a family reunion that started in Port Orford. Tom and I then traveled to Yachats to play a couple of disc golf courses just north. We then traveled to Roseburg to our VERBO to play Whistlers Bend DGC and Riverfront DGC. We left the 70 degree Oregon Coast to 100 degree Roseburg. Upon entering our lodging, the temperature in our lodging was as cool as the coast. The amenities, privacy and views were the best of all our stays along the way. We absolutely recommend it!

Beautiful view

We were just passing through for work and a little pleasure. We really enjoyed our stay at beulaire. It was very clean, and cozy. The view was great. We sat outside on a bench swing with a glass of wine overlooking Roseburg. Thanks for sharing your house.

Enjoyed the outstanding back yard. Attention to detail was spot on. Very clean and spotless. Decor was very nice. Left snacks and water for us and toiletries. Only draw back was getting to the excess to the entrance. Packing a suitcase up and down a small hill not easy for a senior.
