This private home has a lovely spacious open concept floor plan. The living room has comfy furniture with built-in recliners to relax and enjoy. There is a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace. The dining table is large and can seat up to 6 on soft cushions. The kitchen has two cabinet finishes which give a modern look to this darling kitchen. There are sleek stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Granite countertops and the cupboards are loaded with all you need to prepare and serve your family meals. Just out the sliding glass door is a covered porch to enjoy the lovely landscape, grass, and blue skies. There is a charcoal grill for cooking options.

You have three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed and TV. There is a twin daybed and a pull-out twin trundle as well. Also provided is a darling pack n play. There is a sliding glass door that you can use to access the back patio. The master bath has double sinks and a step-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a rod iron day twin daybed with twin trundle. The bunk bedroom has a twin over full bunk that kids of all ages will love. Additionally, there is another full bath and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use.

Ladera at Sienna Hills is the perfect place to re-energize while you explore the amazing terrain of Southern Utah. Local hiking and biking trails are located just outside the community! The Ladera community is only minutes away from I-15 making restaurants, shopping, and other amenities just a short drive away!
