The bedroom is cool (but lots of extra blankets and heaters too if you need them). There can be some noise from the upstairs of the house, but we strive to keep things quiet for guests from 9PM to 6AM. Some basic kitchen utensils too. The apartment is about 900 square feet. One separate bedroom, but also two couches and other available single mattress too.
