Private entrance, keyless entry, covered porch and fenced yard. This is not an entire house. It is two rooms plus bathroom. Entry room has a daybed, refrigerator, microwave, table, 2 chairs, coffee maker, tv. Main bedroom has a regular full bed, closet, night stand, chair and tv. Quiet community, 3.1 miles from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf's longest fishing pier.
Navarre has a sea turtle conservation center, marine sanctuary near shore reefs, kayak, jet ski and pontoon boat rentals, fishing charters, numerous restaurants. Navarre is conveniently between Destin and Pensacola. Twenty-three miles west of Destin, FL and twenty-five miles east of Pensacola, FL. Publix shopping center 0.9 miles. Laundromat 0.5 miles. Walmarts, Winn DIxie, Aldis nearby.
WARNING: For dog owners, there are grapes growing in the yard. Grapes are toxic to dogs.

Great location & quiet neighborhood

Loved this property. The fenced yard was perfect for my IG. Bed was comfortable and this was a perfect place for me. Many stores & restaurants close by as well. Pam was a great host.

It was very comfortable and the fenced in area was perfect for my pup. This is perfect for that one or two person trip where all you need is a bed and shower and grab a quick cup of coffee.

Nice, clean, private. Excellent host!

Pam was a great host! She provided nformation about the area and fishing/boating. The property is totally spotless and in a very quiet neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or visit again.

Great location and very clean

Everything about this stay was enjoyable. The private entrance was easily accessible to a fenced yard, inside was clean and much nicer than I expected. We weren't there other than to sleep, shower, and do a little work throughout the week. Location is close to the bridge, shopping, groceries, etc I would definitely book here again.

A Vrbo Gem -- Tranquil, Warm & Welcoming -- Our Fave!!

This was our third stay at this Navarre Vrbo, and we're already planning on booking our fourth. Pam is a wonderful host: thoughtful, friendly, and kind, and the property is charming, comfy-cozy, super clean, and serene. We love its beachy decor and star-gazing in the backyard.The neighborhood is lovely and conveniently located to anything you could possibly need to complement the provided amenities: e.g., dog-friendly beaches and restaurants, Publix, popular local attractions, etc. We are so grateful to Pam for her warm hospitality and for providing such a lovingly maintained Vrbo (our cherished home away from home). Navarre visit

We really enjoyed our stay. Pam was just great and was available to answer any questions we had. All we really needed was a place to sleep, shower and snack. We were barely even there, we spent most of our time "exploring". Although we knew this ahead of time, it is worth a mention that this place is a little on the small side although not uncomfortable by any means. We didn't figure the shower out until our last day there. Apparently, to turn on the shower one has to pull down on the end of the water faucet. First time for everything, we learned something new. Overall, there were no surprises, and we were pretty much left to ourselves which was fine with us. Thank you Pam for being our hostess.

Our Preferred Navarre Vrbo - Simply Delightful!!

This is our second stay at this Vrbo. We had such a wonderful time here several months ago that we reserved this cozy, sweet slice of Heaven as soon as we got home from that stay. We're already looking forward to our next one. It's a comfy-cozy Vrbo gem. Tranquil. Warm and welcoming. Serene with beachy decor. Clean from top to bottom. Thoughtfully and lovingly maintained. Beautiful backyard space to be still and at peace in (we love star-gazing). All of this within a couple of miles to anything you could possibly need to compliment the provided amenities (all is as advertised and is all you need to have a delightful stay): Publix, dog-friendly restaurants, Navarre Beach, Pensacola Dog Beach, among other popular local attractions. Cute place

Great place, close to everything. Quiet. Too hot for us northerners to enjoy the patio area! Appreciated the beach towels. Would stay there again and we let our local family know about it.
