"Villa Luma" You do not want to miss out on this fabulous new rental! Beautiful 2/2 single-floor condo with all the amenities you could ask for with 3 swimming pools, (one heated) shuffleboard court, tennis and pickleball courts, nature trail, and a small fitness room! If you tire of all the things this condo has to offer, you are just a five-minute walk from the beach! It is just a short drive to all the fun and entertainment you want! The Famous Flagler Ave has shopping dining and entertainment for the whole family!
This condo is gorgeous with open concept kitchen/living space. The beautiful kitchen has all you will need to prepare meals for the family with white/glass cabinets, granite countertops, and an incredible island! The kitchen flows straight through to the dining room and on to the living room. There are sliding glass doors that flow out to your private patio where you can enjoy sipping your preferred beverage in tranquility. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and private en suite bathroom. The spare bedroom has 2 twin beds for extra guests.

Family Reunion

Super cute place, we enjoyed our short weekend stay! Easy to find, had everything we needed. The decor puts you in a relaxed beach mood! Bringing our beloved dog was so much easier with a single story condo, no high rise for me!

Great place

We completely enjoyed the villa. There was a problem with the owner of the villa and providing proper keys for entry per the contract we received from NSB team. We got locked out because the keypad batteries died. We called the new Smyrna Beach team. they were available for our request for help, however, the hidden key box had no key in it. And the key that NSB team people had did not fit the lock. Thus we had to break into the condo. We missed our tee time with friends, and were promised a 100 gift card for lunch for the inconvenience, we’re given a 50 gift card instead. We felt deceived! The condo had silverware, dishes, towels, sheets, everything that you need in a rental.The proximity to the beach was awesome, about a half a mile walk from the villa. the beach was amazing. The heated pool was also a plus.

We couldn't have asked for a better 2-2 beachside vacation home. Every room is designed and styled perfectly for a family gathering. We loved staying here.

Perfect place

This location and villa was perfect for our beach stay! Close to so many attractions. We had a day at the beach and a day at the light house in ponce inlet! Wonderful memories made!

Beautiful home

Enjoyed community gardens and amenities. Liked walking to beach and nearby shopping center Nice neighbors. Nicely decorated. Had lots of extra supplies!! Would stay again.

Great beach spot!

Had a wonderful stay here - so close to the beach with easy public access and parking even though it is also very walkable. Have been coming to New Smyrna Beach for many years and staying here made it so easy to access all our favorite local spots. The villa is quiet, comfy and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and the kids loved being near the heated pool. The hosts were very accessible and friendly - even on Christmas Day when we suddenly decided we wanted to extend our trip. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful vacation home

The rental was very cozy and clean! We loved the privacy you have in the backyard. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen is big enough for two people to cook together. You won’t be disappointed.

Beach pleasure.

Property overall was very good. Areas that may need a little more attention. Window seals in kitchen and guests room need to be cleaned of dust and spiderwebs. The shower in the master bedroom has mildew around the tile that should be cleaned a little better. Also sliding door in master needs a handle on the inside to make it easier to open. The sliding screen door in the living room needs a little adjustment to make it slide back forth without it coming off the tracks.

NSB Villa Luma

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Luma! The location was perfect for our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood with great shaded areas to walk our dogs. Tennis courts, pools & gym were nice to have too! Great location with close walking distance to non-driving area of beach. We brought two beach bikes and enjoyed evening bike rides around the complex, area & beach! Neighbors were very nice & friendly. Condo overall was clean & nicely decorating. Just needs a deep cleaning of kitchen drawers & shelves. Some kitchen utensils could be updated such as a metal whisker as opposed to plastic & better spatulas as well as new pots & pans. Would definitely stay there again!
