Our villa is located in a beautiful residential area in the southeast of Cape Coral on a saltwater canal that leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico.

We offer you an exclusive fully furnished vacation paradise with a large open living space. This 1800 sq-ft Villa oasis sleeps up to 6 people, the perfect place to relax and leave everyday life behind. After a long day touring the local attractions you can relax in the living room or watch a movie in the family room or share your experiences with the friends over the Internet. If you enjoy cooking you will be right at home in our fully equipped kitchen. From the glass top stove and oven, to microwave, combination carafe and K-Cup coffee maker, everything is ready to serve a delightful breakfast, lunch or dinner in dining area. Luxuriate in the spacious master bathroom in the morning, and save time getting going in the morning since there are two additional bathrooms one with direct pool access for your swimming convience.

Our pool with wet bar, sun loungers and barbecue allow you to relax and unwind after a full day of adventure. We have a boat dock with 10,000 lb lift and if you like you can rent a boat nearby. You can dock the boat at the house before heading out fishing, shelling to one of the many public beaches and ending your day at one of the many water side resturaunts.

The property includes four bicycles and two kayaks for your recreational pleasure.

Bicycles - Bicycle riders 16 and younger are required by Florida law to wear helmets. You must bring your own helmet. You are welcome to use our bicycles that are there at your own risk. When renting this unit, you are accepting all risk and liability if you choose to use our bicycles instead of bringing your own. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELMETS.

Kayaks - There are two kayaks available for use. When renting this unit, you are accepting all risk and liability if you choose to use our kayaks. Florida state law requires each person on the kayak have a life jacket on board and a noise generating device (whistle). Life jackets and whistles are available in the garage with the kayaks.

Liability release - You must e-sign a liability release for each person that uses the bicycles and kayaks. The it can be found at the following link:
