Beautifully decorated, modern Sarasota home, super pet-friendly, private pool.
This very comfortable Sarasota home is mere minutes to downtown Sarasota + the gulf beaches. Relax out back at the large private pool or take a nap on the comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. Very dog-friendly neighborhood with walking paths around the private lake. There are doggy stations throughout the community so it makes it easy to pick up after pets.
High-speed internet, overlook the pool while handling your remote work. The home is very modern, clean, spacious, and perfect for entertaining. You will have full access to the home and I know you will fall in love with Sarasota and the area. Welcome!

Glen Oaks Manor is a very walkable community, nearby there is a brand-new Publix, restaurants and local gyms. Just around the corner is the 17th Street Dog Park for our dog-loving guests! SADLY OUR COMMUNITY DOES NOT ALLOW PICK-UP TRUCKS - a SMALL-to-MEDIUM SMALL PICKUP TRUCK could fit into the garage but no trucks are allowed with signs or any trucks for overnight parking.
Since this is my primary residence there will be various personal items stored throughout the property. My home is immaculate and is professionally cleaned for every guest and there is plenty of space in the closets, kitchen, bathrooms and garage for your personal use
This has never been an issue but I wanted to share so it is understood this home is not a "corporate-owned" property.
**To accommodate thirty day minimums in our community, I will block out a thirty day window with any reservation for thirteen nights or more. As an example if a reservation is received for 9/1-9/14 I will then block out 9/1-9/30. If you have any questions, kindly send me a message and I will get back to you shortly. Thank you. The home has been completely renovated, tiled floors throughout, open concept. Kitchen, Primary Bedroom, Kitchen Island, Den overlooks a very private pool - great for skinny dipping or to simply lounge comfortably in a float with a cold drink.
The neighborhood has wonderful walking paths around the lake which has incredible oak trees, shade, gazebos and benches for enjoying the wildlife. Very close to shopping, restaurants, downtown Sarasota is minutes away, easy to drive, Uber or grab the bus for transportation around the city.
