Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive:Roomy cabin, well- equipped kitchen.Negative: dryer didn’t work. Maintenance man came, promised to return but never did.Internet was not consistently working, call for assistance, office promised to help, but never came to fix. Beds in 3rd bedroom did not have real mattresses but foam rubber padding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we are thankful and enjoyed our vacation to CB and this house. I do have some feedback: House was great location and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck listening to water and the ocean breeze. Quiet and comfortable place. Our other fave was huge primary bedroom and shower. Great walk-in shower and lots of space to store luggage and bags. Counter top ice maker was super handy too. A few minor needs we found: for the size of the house we didn’t have cooking utensils needed for breakfast. Only one small cookie sheet.had some smaller children and senior adults who wished for regular height dining seats. Only had bar stools and pub height table available. Again, overall the accommodations were great! We did have some not ideal customer service issues with Cobb. I called on the first night of arrival to check in WiFi not working and left message and sent text for more info on how I could call in a ticket and never got a call back. After 2 more days passed I called and one of the property managers was extremely unprofessional and told me I needed to “be quiet and listen to her.” Not the fault of Cobb but my follow up phone call was after giving them 48 hours to contact me and find out if there was a pool nearby we could pay to use since bacteria levels for the ocean were not acceptable for swimming. WiFi not working g and bacteria levels too high were not the fault of Cobb but customer service and professionalism are and were.
