Three Bedroom Condo - Spectacular View Of Lake Erie!

Welcome to my three bedroom lakeside haven! Don’t be surprised on the day of your departure that someone may have to pry your fingers off the door to get you to leave!

This is a beautiful, comfortable, light filled condo that says “This is going to be great!” The moment you walk in the door.

This is a loft unit. On the main floor you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed. There is also a full bath with a walk in updated shower as well as a new washer and dryer unit.
You will find a nice open white kitchen with an abundant supply of dishes, pots and pans as well as various items one would need in preparing a meal.
The kitchen is open to the family room with ample seating for relaxing and dining that is filled with sunlight.

The loft area has a king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a beautiful tiled walk in shower with separate double vanity area.

All bedrooms have just received a fresh coat of paint, new bedding and decor. I think it looks great!

Now can we talk about the view from this balcony??? Second to no other unit here. ( In my humble opinion , but honestly!)

The picture listed to this condo is the actual view from your balcony and where it was taken. You have a wonderful view of the lake and all it has to offer. Sailboats, Put in Bay Island, jet skis, paddle boarders, the hot tub and pool area as well as our beautiful paver area with outdoor fireplaces. So pretty at night as the whole area is beautifully lit up with landscape lighting and the glow of the fire pits.
But wait.....I cant tell you what a gorgeous view of the sunsets you will have right from your own balcony. Perfect to enjoy with friends, family and that glass of wine. Your friends will honestly think you have edited your pictures of the magnificent sunsets! ( I’m not kidding, they don’t look real!)

The grounds at our resort are kept in pristine condition with the pool areas being cleaned daily. The landscape is always nicely manicured and quite beautiful. You will also find several charcoal grills and picnic tables around the grass areas you are free to use as well. It doesn’t get much better than grilling your food and watching the water!

I have many happy and satisfied guests that now return annually for their time at the lake. We are truly centrally located to all the lake has to offer.
