Two story town-house with loft. 1200 sq.feet. Entrance leads up to 2nd story which has the living room and master bedroom with bathroom and counters for his and hers and a large closet. Full kitchen and all utensils needed beautiful enclosed lanai which opens up to show a beautiful view of tropical plants a lagoon and nearby swimming pool. Lenai also has a queen sofa-bed .- (Second floor) is a loft that has two twin beds overlooking living room and has its own bathroom and huge closet area.

Just a Terrific Stay!
We had a wonderful two-week stay at this condo at The Ocean Gallery.
The Ocean Gallery really is a quiet and lovely, well-maintained complex with lush greenery, fantastic heated pools, jacuzzis, easy beach access and helpful on-site staff. It’s a quick drive to restaurants, supermarkets and coffee
shops. The condo itself is clean, well-stocked and features comfortable beds. At times, we would simply sit on the balcony sofa, listen to the fountain below, and feel the stress melt away.
The owners, Mike and his wife, made this stay particularly memorable. They were the consummate hosts, quickly responding to all communications. They care deeply that their guests are content. When our arrival was delayed by Hurricane Milton, they graciously offered us additional days to compensate for the time we missed. We can’t thank them enough.
All in all, a great stay in this wonderful city. We will return!

Wonderful stay
This is a great condo in a great location. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pond. We also liked the convenient access to the beach. Mike was a great host and responded quickly when we had questions.

Unit was one of the best locations in entire complex. Beautiful view of pond and pool. Mike was lovely and accommodating. Unit under us under construction so very noisy our entire stay. Unit did not look like it had been cleaned but I don't think that is the fault of the owner. He doesn't live to check on the cleaning people.

Really enjoyed our stay. Mike was a great host and his follow-up was excellent. The property was very clean and the patio had a nice view of the pool. Easy access and short walking distance to the beach.

Great location; would not stay again for future trip
Generally speaking, this property serves the function of having a place to stay within walking distance of the beach fine. It's dated in decor, but the location is great for food, beach access, and staying out of the crowds. When I arrived at the complex, there was no parking pass ready for me. This caused confusion at check-in which lasted well over half an hour because Mike did not answer when we attempted to contact him to verify that I was indeed supposed to be there. Not a huge deal and I chalk this up to my last-minute booking.
However, the much bigger issue is that the condo was not clean upon my arrival- there were handprints all over the glass table and door, cup rings left on the bar in the kitchen, wet towels in the dryer, and hair/ dirt on the bathroom sinks and in the shower. I was up until 2:30am cleaning the bottom floor of the condo unit. Clearly the cleaning crew was not on their game that day & Mike did express his displeasure that they had not done their job as expected. The next issue arose because Mike also did not communicate effectively between his maintenance person and I for a time when some routine maintenance could happen, therefore the maintenance man came in unscheduled. I had a dog with me and expensive computer equipment so this scenario was unacceptable as I had asked Mike in advance to tell me a time frame when the worker would be stopping by in order for me to make arrangements for my dog, etc. Additionally, I did not have enough toilet paper, paper towels, etc. to last the week I was there. I have never booked a place to stay for just a week where I didn't have enough of those types of items to last through my stay.
It has been 14 days since I left the condo and Mike has failed to compensate/ reimburse me anything for my troubles. We have spoken several times about the issues and upon our final conversation he hung up on me without agreeing to a resolution of any sort. I do feel as though I stayed during a "perfect storm" of issues, however several of them could have been prevented by Mike verifying information in advance. The property management of this condo is subpar and Mike does not understand where his responsibilities lie to those who stay at his place. This stay was much too expensive for me to have encountered the issues I did and to not have been reimbursed anything at all for the troubles.

Perfect for family.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Gallery. The condo was perfect for my husband and two boys. The kids were doing virtual schooling, so they had their own space to spread out while my husband and I could enjoy the enclosed deck. We loved having the heated pool and pickleball courts to enjoy and the walk to the beach was easy. The drive to St. Augustine was not bad at all (about 20 mins) and groceries store, etc. were really convenient. The Del Prado 96 was very quiet and comfortable, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Hi I am Mike and my wife is Maryna. I was a high school Language (Spanish)(Science) teacher for 38 years. My wife was an engineer in Russia and lived in Ukraine and Siberia and other Russian cities. We married 6 years ago after my first wife passed. Maryna became a citizen 2 years ago. We both love to spend time on Anastasia Island and travel when we can. Our home is East of Cleveland in Ohio Amish Country.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose this condo because it is centrally located among all the attractions at Ocean Gallery and is one of the closer condos to the ocean and pools. We feel we have the best view from our balcony. Our condo is very comfortable and sleeps 6. A wonderful place for the family.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
#96 is a two story town/house. One of the few condos that has natural light on the second floor from 5 windows. It is a corner condo which gives you more privacy. We consider ourselves to be very lucky to have it. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
