Unit #418 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates with ample windows that provide an abundance of natural light.

Pelican Pointe is in the heart of Clearwater Beach located across the street from one of the top rated beaches in America! Walking distance to restaurants, night life and all of the wonderful activities Clearwater Beach has to offer.

Accommodations:
Our studio room offers the best value for experiencing Clearwater Beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This room features a king size bed and a spacious living area of 345 square feet. The private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon, providing extra sleeping space if needed. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

- Minimum Check In Age: 21 (No exceptions)
- Parking: One parking spot per room; parking pass provided at check in
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (heated).

- Smoking Policy: Effective May 10th, our property will be 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and must be done off-site.

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay. Price was great and location was perfect. It was during spring break and there were college kids there but never dealt with noise issues at all. Will be staying there again.

Great location, across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and Pier. We have stayed at Pelican Point on and off over the years and first time in this unit. Only negative is the condo unit looked like they were still fixing the unit as the ceiling was peeling off and not finished painting in the bathroom under the sink

Bargain by the beach

We stayed in the corner suite behind the elevator. Walking distance to shops and dining. Didnt mind the construction next door, but it does start early during the week. (7am) Pool was open late. No noise from neighbors. Overall decent stay for the price.

Birthday Staycation

Great location for a short stay! The property’s elevator was a bit scary but only option to go up the fourth floor with a stroller & two young kids. It was shaking the whole way up. I should’ve requested the first floor. The property is walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, not the property’s fault but the guest staying at the hotel during our stay was noisy and disrespectful.

Heart of Clearwater

I have no words for how much I loved my stay. This is my second time at the Pelican Point and it’s harder each time to leave. I’m already planning my next visit! Thank you so so much. Heidi was an angel to us and felt like a friend I’ve known for years. Left a piece of my heart there, most definitely.

Very quiet and clean. Walk to best sugar sand beach! Close to restaurants. Sand Festival is great fun. Band and street performers daily. Reasonable rate and staff extremely personable.

Affordable and convenient

Amidst all these towering expensive hotels is this affordable and convenient vrbo. I would stay again. The only knock I give them is cleanliness in the hallways to the rooms and floating leaves (not sure what, I chose not to swim in the pool) in the swimming pool. Thanks for a great night!

Beach weekend

Excellent value for the money: clean and comfortable, with an outstanding location. Easy walk to the beaches and shops. Parking for one car included, a big plus in a beach town where parking fills up quickly and can be expensive. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the property management team was attentive and informative.

Convenient and Cozy

Pelican Pointe is a smaller hotel among giants on Clearwater Beach. Most likely with the same amenities but a much smaller price tag. The staff is friendly, helpful, eager to please. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The guests were wonderful too. It may not be "fancy" but it's clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Location is great. Close to many restaurants, across the street from the beautiful beach and has a heated pool that is well kept. My ONLY criticism is the hairdryer. Not very powerful. I have short hair, so it wasn't a huge issue. If you're bald......you're golden!
