Looking for a sunny, end unit near everything Eagle Vail has to offer? This Cornerstone townhouse is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath and comfortably sleeps 6. The 1200-square-foot unit is a modern mountain escape with expansive windows and vaulted ceilings giving the space an open, bright vibe all day. With ground floor access to a private patio and grill facing the mountains and Eagle-Vail golf course, you will feel right at home relaxing after a full day of all the area has to offer.

Under 5 minutes to Beaver Creek and about 10 minutes to Vail, you can’t go wrong with this location any time of the year! There’s also the Eagle-Vail golf course and driving range, tennis and pickle ball courts and a seasonal saltwater swimming pool just yards away. With the Eagle Vail Pavilion, swimming pond and playground right around the corner and Whiskey Hill’s hiking and mountain biking trails straight ahead, your options are endless. And don’t forget about all of the dining options in Eagle Vail, Avon, Vail and Edwards!

Unit features:
Both bedrooms have high ceilings, skylight windows, large closets, CertiPUR-USÂź Room & Board mattresses and ensuite bathrooms including tubs. The first bedroom has Room & Board furniture including a king-sized bed with a large pull out drawer for storage and matching nightstands. The second bedroom has two modern twin-over-full bunk beds with a large dresser and plenty of room.

The first floor has a brand-new kitchen including a breakfast bar, dining table for 6 and a cozy sitting area around the wood burning fireplace and smart flatscreen TV. There is also a washer and dryer, large closet with games and sleds plus a powder room steps away.

Booking includes two parking spots, one covered and one in the main lot.

Vail - Beaver Creek Ski Trip 2021

This property is exactly as described! The bottom floor with dining and living room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. It was also very well furnished and arranged to accommodate all of our ski gear with benches and racks. The bedrooms were also well furnished. We found the beds and linens very snugly. There is both outdoor and covered parking which I really appreciated s it snowed quite a bit while we were there. This was a very convenient location for us as we skied both Vail and Beaver Creek this trip. The Walmart with grocery was also close by. The host was accessible and provided a lot of information on the unit prior to and right up to our check in. We didn't need anything while we were there. The best summary I can provide is that we would stay here again!

Awesome Family Christmas

Lindsay’s townhouse is as advertised...fabulous. The pictures listed on the VRBO site were accurate and up to date. She provided the most flexible cancellation policy, provided frequent updates about the area leading up to our stay and messaged during our stay to ensure everything was going well. The townhouse was well equipped with everything a family needs during an extended stay. The views out of the back window were great and my mother-in-law loved waking up in the morning to watch the magpies playing in the snow. Easy access to I-70 which made it very convenient to get to Vail, Breck, and Keystone. It took approximately 5 and 10 minutes to get to either the lower or upper parking areas of BC. Absolutely wonderful townhome and we will try to stay here again if available.
