Ceci est une belle unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain au dernier étage au Maravilla Resort, avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique.
Récemment mis à jour et joliment décoré Vous allez adorer l'atmosphère décontractée et décontractée de Maravilla et la belle vue que vous aurez de ce deux chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo animaux de compagnie qui vous attend. Cette unité est non-fumeur, peut accueillir un total de 6 avec 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

Destin FL Rentals, créé en 1995, sert de nombreuses familles acceptant les animaux en vacances dans la région de Destin. Nos logements sont parfaits pour vos vacances à la plage. Maravilla Resort condominiums est situé sur la magnifique plage de Miramar avec son eau vert émeraude et son sable blanc sucre. Destin est connu comme «le petit village de pêcheurs le plus chanceux», nous avons bien grandi, mais abrite toujours la plus grande flotte de pêche du sud-est. Les commodités de Destin sont nombreuses: restaurants, galeries, boutiques, haut lieu du shopping, divertissements, théâtres, spas. De magnifiques terrains de golf inondent notre région. Il existe de nombreuses activités familiales parfaites pour tout le monde, petits et grands. Les choses à faire à Destin sont infinies et satisferont tous les âges et tous les intérêts.

I love the floors, just made the condo extra clean and lovely. The condo was perfect, furniture and beds were very comfortable, the balcony and view were perfect and easy access to the beach, perfection! I would stay again and again, oh and everyone including workers were dog friendly.

The condo was awesome and fit our needs well—we would definitely stay again. I will say that the second bedroom is a bit small with limited room to move around, but since it was just me using it, it worked fine. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great.We really appreciated that the condo is pet-friendly. However, we did encounter a few issues with other guests’ pets. At one point, we got on the elevator and noticed that a dog had urinated inside, which was unpleasant. When we exited, we saw a Great Dane and no other dogs nearby, so we assumed it may have been the source.Additionally, we encountered a situation where someone had a pit bull that was barking a lot and seemed difficult to manage on a leash. I have no issue with any breed of dog, but this situation was concerning as it frightened my dogs (who are only 8 and 11 lbs). That part of the experience was not enjoyable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Becky/the staff was very pleasant to work with during our booking and any questions/issues we had during our stay. Having beach service with the rental is a plus, given that the daily rate for rental is 51.00/daily.

The accommodations were very nice, clean and well maintained. The morning and evening ocean views were exceptional from the large balcony. Beach Retreat 2024 over and out!

Maravilla 2402

Enjoyed the condo very much and it was located in a nice area that we were able to do our morning run. Gym was also very nice and equipment was gym quality. My only reason for giving an okay rating on the property manager was I thought she was a little harsh on the phone explaining the condo rules.

Hi Diane I am happy you enjoyed your stay at the condo I am sorry that you felt that way it was not my intent When renting to someone who is bringing a pet I go thru the pet rules so there will be no misunderstandings later. You want to come to a clean , beautiful condo and the only way that is is possible is to make sure all the guest are aware of the rules when they are bringing a pet. You did a great job and I appreciate you taking such good care of our unit .

The location is ideal and access to the beach, restaurants, etc. was great. The condo itself was fine; however, the condo was not cleaned well - floors were not swept and there was hair everywhere. The washer did not work and as such we could not wash towels. The towels housekeeping brought us to use had holes and stains, so we used a friend's washing machine. We used the dryer in our condo; however, the dryer had a broken lint catcher which kept catching the materials of the clothes and towels and damaging them. The shower door handle in the guest bath was broken, and the handyman was unable to fix it. The screen doors were pulled off their rails which he did fix. The owner asked if we could be available when the new washer and dryer would be delivered but that is not how we wanted to spend one of our limited days on vacation so we went without a washer/dryer. We were quite disappointed and, although we've used the Maravilla condo complex for many many years- almost annually, I'm not sure we will again.

Nice location, would rent again.

Cleaning was fair, found hair on side of toilet. Property was in good condition, was not run down looking. Condo was in good condition except for the white furniture in the living room, a little old looking but would definitely stay here again. Management company excellent.

Great location on beach and view. Condo right off elevator which is nice when you have dogs or kids. Very clean and everything in working order! Beds were great. Will stay here again

Great spot

Everything was really great with property the view was awesome and pompano Joe’s is a great bar/restaurant right down the street. The only problem I had is you can’t rent a golf cart and keep it at Miramar overnight. The property doesn’t allow it. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

Location and view is spectacular.

This property and condo was excellent. The location is great, walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and Kenny D's, all great food. Matt and his beach staff were great, very friendly. Pool was clean and well kept. Only downside, the master bed is a rock, not comfy at all. Other than that everything was perfect.

The perfect location for the perfect beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mandavilla condos! They re right across the street from the beach, you couldn’t ask for a better location! Becki was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The condo was clean and just as pictured online.

Great beachfront view for a reasonable amount

We have stayed in the immediate Miramar Beach area and at Maravilla numerous times renting different units. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a gated community has been tastefully updated and is one of the best values on the Emerald Coast. Relatively close to everything along Old Hwy 98, shopping dining, great beach access, nice pools and pet friendly. We look forward to renting again soon.

Comfortable and Clean

Our first time staying in 2402, second time in the complex. Owner stayed in contact via e-mail with gate codes and complex updates. Condo was as pictured on website and was comfortable and well stocked with essential supplies and a nice array of kitchen items. We were not able to get the wifi to be useful for the internet for us, but as IT professionals we brought our own, so we didn't bother working with the owner to remedy. Upon our arrival we were surprised how clean unit was and fresh it smelled. It was nicely decorated, some of the furniture had a little wear, but everything appeared to be well maintained and was comfortable. The main bedroom mattress was more firm than our liking, but we had no issues sleeping comfortably at night. The suite bathroom was a little small, but we are spoiled with a large bathroom at home, we liked the large walk-in shower in the shared bathroom better than the suite tub/shower combo. We would have liked to have a manual door lock inside, like in hotel rooms, on the main door to secure the door at night. The complex is nice, well maintained, and convenient to the beach with chair & umbrella service with ample parking and several elevators/stairs for each of the four attached buildings. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to stay in the unit again.
