Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. A sofa sleeper can be found in the living area. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. Full size washer and dryer included. condo unit has tile throughout, and a separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar.

Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at Destin Gulfgate several times in various condos and never been dissatisfied with the Gulfgate staff, facilities, location and access to the beautiful beach. We we a little disappointed this time with our condo. The mattresses were all old and need to be replaced. The master king bed has a hump in the middle. There was plenty of bathroom towels but lacked extra linens, pillows and blankets for the pull out couch, which also needs a new mattress.The kitchen appliances were newer but there was a lack of larger serving bowls and cooking/serving utensils, there was only one pot holder. We will always stay at Destin Gulfgate and will recommend it to others but will not rent 203 again.

Best in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second year in the same unit. It definitely did not disappoint. My opinion you can't get a better location the Destin Gulfgate and unit 203 now feels very familiar. Staff was friendly but didn't really have to interact with them, ( we checked late and left early). In my opinion if you don't have to bug the front dest they are doing there job. Bailey at the beach/chair check-in was very friendly, and did a great job making beach time seamless. This will be an annual trip for my family - got to get booked for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in Unit 203, it was great. Very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen we needed. The unit is one of the best we have ever rented because it was NOT over decorated nor crowded with unless furniture or decorative items. It has NO fake flowers or trees in the condo. It was NOT an interior decorated nightmare. It has nice useful furnishing and just the right amount of wall art. Maintenance was quick to respond to a lock problem. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. The view from the balcony is awesome. We had our meals on the balcony and sat and read and just looked at the waves. Very relaxing visit to Destin for us. The sounds of the waves are easily heard sitting on the balcony. We always find Gulfgate the right place for us and we easily access all the grocery stores, shopping places, restaurants, and Resurrection Church we like to visit. I highly recommend Until 203 and Destin Gulfgate for your Destin visits.

Destin Gulfgate Excellent As Always

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulfgate provides a gated property. The beach is private, the pool is great for families. We have never used it but they provide outdoor grills and a covered eating area . The location can’t be beat. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, groceries and there is a kids entertainment experience across the street. The condo complex is always super clean. All the staff is friendly. We have stayed 4 times in different units and we will be going back.

Great Time In Destin

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean, all the appliances worked great, and the beds were extremely comfortable.The view was great. The balcony was large and roomy. Check in and out was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complex is located close to great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this condo looking at the pictures, but it was amazing. Comfortable beds and furniture, everything you can think of for the kitchen, loved having the extra ice maker, 2 full bathrooms, everything was great. For the price I think they could’ve included an extra roll of paper towels, but that is my only complaint. Otherwise everything was fantastic!
