What a awesome location to stay if visiting you student at UWL. And PERFECT place if coming for oktoberfest. This condo was exceptional. We will booking again for our next stay!!!

Downtown La Crosse Loft

We enjoyed our stay at this light-filled, comfortable and well-equipped loft. Outfitted with comfortable furniture and beds, we felt at completely at home. The spacious balcony is a great place for morning coffee and, later, a glass of wine to watch the sunset. We’ll book this loft again when we return to La Crosse.

Girls’ Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute loft! The underground parking turned out to be a major perk when it snowed. The loft was clean and comfortable. Overall, 10 out of 10! Only suggestion would be some better coffee in the coffee pods. That was honestly the only disappointment. We had a fabulous time!

Super Convenient and Clean

This is our second timing staying at this VRBO and we will be back. Extremely clean and convenient to downtown. We had issues with our VRBO account and Spencer was very patient and helpful. Great place!

Rotary Christmas Lights

The condo was clean and was perfect for our small family group. It's close to downtown restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed walking thru the Rotary Christmas Light display. We would recommend the condo and area to anyone visiting La Crosse.

Super cool loft!!

Spotless and beautifully appointed loft within a block of La Crosse dining and nightlife. Delightful view. Kitchen very well equipped! Spencer is great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great condo and location

Really cool layout and location. The property is very nice with good amenities and security. When staying keep in mind that heat rises so the loft area will be much warmer than the downstairs. I recommend lowering the heat about an hour or two before going to sleep, it will be plenty warm up there.

Weekend getaway

We came to watch High School State Dance at La Crosse Center. Location was great, very clean and had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. Our only complaint and reason for 4 stars is we didn’t care for the memory foam mattresses on the beds. They seemed to take a few hours to contour to your body(if you stayed still), but until then it’s pretty hard/firm, and pressure points like hips and shoulders got sore so I tossed and turned the first night, slept better the second night….

Excedeed our "lofty" expectations

We had never stayed in an urban loft and really enjoyed the feel, the space, the decor, and the location of this unit. It is an easy stroll to great restaurants and to the riverfront. Spenser went to great lengths to provide everything needed for a great stay. The unit is secure, modern, and with great amenities. We enjoyed shooting baskets and playing bags on the rooftop, and having breakfast on the balcony. A wonderful stay!

Lacrosse downtown

Our stay was quite enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect as much of our time was spent in the downtown area, near the river. The beds were very comfortable, first time getting tepur-pedic mattresses at one of our VRBO stays. I know we were early spring, wish the furniture could have been on the deck from the closet. We were fine as we always over pack and had some lawn chairs along. Thank you for a good stay.

Weekend Getaway

We booked this condo for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! Walking distance from tons of bars, shops and restaurants downtown. We never had to take a single cab. The condo is beautiful, well appointed and lush. The loft was wonderfully romantic and a great place to celebrate our engagement, as my fiancée proposed over the weekend! We loved having it as a home base for all our adventures. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate for years to come. Spenser was AWESOME to work with and so responsive. He always got back to us within 30 min and was even kind enough to help us extend our stay when we just couldn’t bear to leave yet. Thank you Spenser for a perfect weekend that we will always remember!

Misrepresented!

ADVERTISED AS A 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM, NOT! THIS A ONE BEDROOM WITH A BATH AND A HALF BATH. 2 ADULT COUPLES STAYED HERE WITH AN EXECTATION OF PRIVATE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS FOR EACH, NOT! THE ROOM CLAIMED TO BE A SECOND BEDROOM IS NOT A CODE COMPLIANT SLEEPING ROOM (I'm an architect). I INTEND TO REPORT THIS OWNER AND YOUR COMPANY TO THE CITY OF LACROSSE BUILING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT FOR THAT VIOLATION AND OTHERS.

Great Condo!

Because the process is so streamlined our interactions were minimal, but Spenser was attentive and made the whole thing very user friendly. Property is as advertised, well cared for, secure, and private. It’s a great setup! I now see what other people were saying about the beds, they are quite firm. Didn’t really bother me but I can see how it wouldn’t work for some folks. Also HVAC is a bit unbalanced with the furnace being upstairs but everything evens out nicely. That’s just my ocd as a previous GC. (Maybe some closable vents for the loft channel?) either way it’s a tremendous place and I will be back!
