We arrived at 8pm on a Wednesday night and the keypad did not work to get into the apartment. It took waiting on the phone for 17 minutes with a poor connection to get in. The apartment is pretty basic, but pretty rundown. Part of the sectional was caved in. The bed was hard and lumpy, linens were old and cheap. Sheets were worn and pilling in places. There were 4 towels and 1 washcloth for our party of 4. I did find 3 more washcloths scattered on top of the dryers in the laundry room on our last night there that I washed and put in the unit. There was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes when we arrived. No microwave. The building our unit was located in had no outside marking, after driving around twice I got out and went into the courtyard area to find our apartment. The landscaping is unkept, overgrown grass. With all that said, at $33 a night I would’ve been ok with everything “you get what you pay for” but they also charge a $100 cleaning fee and then expect you to take all your trash out, have your dishes done , etc.. they have a whole list for you. Then they charged a $250 deposit, I’ve never had to pay a deposit bigger than 1 night stay, this was more than the whole stay, There are zero amenities, a Roku tv in the living room, you must use Wi-Fi and login to the apps as there’s no cable. No tv’s in the bedrooms. There were no paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tabs.. they provided 2 trash bags, a trial size dish soap and a sponge. No pot holders.
