I have stayed here in the past, traveling for work in the area. The old house is in a very quiet neighborhood and very comfortable,and relaxing.Communication is perfect, and the host is very attentive and friendly. Very well furnished with some comfortable seating in the living room and all the comfort of home.

Excellent host

Eben in an excellnt host. He is very attentive and responsive to guest questions and needs.This property gave us plenty of room for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The bed offered a good night's sleep and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again when we visit family in MA.

Perfect for our needs

The listing is very accurate. The owner is very friendly and maintains great communication. The unit is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is plenty of nearby shopping and places to eat. Also, it is very clean and comfortable.

Nice place with a good host.

Nice Property. Good host. Very good at communicating. The futons are pretty tough for adults, would be ok for kids. For 4 or fewer adults, works very well.

Unit was clean, well stocked with all kitchen needs. Beds were super comfortable, nice Livingroom furniture to relax on. Unit is located conveniently to all shopping and entertainment locations. Host was very responsive with communication. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Host is Terrific - Dog Friendly - Comfortable Bed!

The house was exactly as described and the bed was amazing which was a nice surprise. Eben is quick to respond to any questions, and we met him when he was there taking care of the yard. He is a really nice person who goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable. This is a multi-unit property and also very quiet, we never really heard our neighbors. There's a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs with a nice park nearby (I believe a retirement community). I would highly recommend this location and I will stay again on my next visit to the Boston area.

Clean, well appointed, responsive host

We were here for 3 weeks over the holiday season. There are three units in the building, this one is the first floor in the front. There is a unit above this one, and another behind it. Everything was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. The host Eben was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions that arose. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for a short stay. It was a great setup for the dogs, as we had access to the back yard through the back porch. Roku TV had everything we could want to watch. The location is great -- near the village center of Shrewsbury, all the shopping we could want on Route 9 and Route 20, close to Wegmans, and near the highways. We look forward to staying here again.

Shrewsbury Apartment

Eben was really responsive. Check in and access was great. Apartment is downstairs and has an additionsl apartment above and another beside. Was generally clean and tidy. Is a 'do up'. Bench in the kitchen could do with a shampoo. First night was great and then guests moved in upstairs. They were incredibly loud and smoked so we're up and down countless times by the spinning stairs and shared front door. We messaged Eben who advised them but sadly didn't make any difference. This really marred our stay. This is not the fault of the owner. Walls thin so we could hear every conversation they had. Woke us up early every day and left their cigarette butts at the front door!
