The location is perfect for families with its proximity to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Splashes Water Park. You can also take a leisurely stroll to Friendly's for some delicious ice cream or enjoy live music at McAdoo's Beach Bar. This 1BR, 1BA condo comes with a full kitchen with an oven for cooking, a Murphy bed for the kids, and two Queen Beds, making it suitable for up to 6 guests. We can't wait to welcome you to our place and share breathtaking views and sunny days on the soft, white sands of Myrtle Beach!

THE PROPERTY

As you open the door to this 4th-floor condo, get ready to relax and get away from it all. A wall of windows in the living room provides unbeatable views and allows tons of natural light to flood the well-appointed living space.

When you're not enjoying a seafood dinner at one of the restaurants down by the beach, stay in and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Head to the quiet bedroom after a long day of fun in the sun for a good night's sleep. The bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the murphy bed in the living room.

Wake up each morning and step out onto the balcony to enjoy your coffee or orange juice! Watching the sun slowly rise over the horizon is the best way to start out your day. The second-floor lobby also has coffee readily available for your convenience. Sit down and overlook the ocean and pick up a newspaper!

Summer Vacation

Julie was an awesome host she answered all questions propmtly and the listing was accurate. The views were amazing, with it being directly on the beach. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely go back.

The condo was clean when we arrived. It could use some updating and fleshing up. I have stayed in many units across the USA. The number of text messages and rules for this unit exceed any I have ever encountered. They suggest you print out the check in and out rules,. you will need to not be charge additional fees.

Perfect beach vacation

The place was great for my beach getaway! I loved the view from the balcony as well as the location. The condo condition was better than I expected and the washer/dryer was great to have. I’d definitely stay here again!

Location, location, but no soft place to land

The view is lovely, but the balcony door is still broken; it doesn't lock, and more importantly, the egress lock code is not changed every time; disconcerting. The parking lot is across the street, but those spaces are usually filled up by other guests and store patrons, so you have to walk around the block to park beside the amusement park, which overflows into that parking lot as well. The mattress on the murphy bed and the cabinets should be replaced, but those were not issues for us; neither were the lack of glasses or proper cookware. There was a grimy sauté pan under the sink on top of a few other things (IDK what); but the full kitchen layout, with a raised counter adjacent to the dining area, worked well for us, and we liked the bedroom a lot (very quite with medium-firm beds). As previously mentioned, the living room furniture is inadequate, too hard and small for comfort (I'm less than 5'-6" and under 140 lbs.). The carpet is dated, for sure, but it seemed more like just the color of dirt vs. actually dirty; we wore slip-ons, JIC. The stacked W/D is very basic, but handy (they supplied 3 pods; and two for the DW). I wouldn't wash or dry nice garments in it, and if you leave anything in it (new polo, clamdiggers, etc.), all will be discarded on day one as warned. Overall, it is not an easy place to stay for people with mobility or stamina issues, but it would be fine for fit people not requiring a lounging area.

Aunts and cousins trip

My dads two sisters and my first cousin went for a few days we had a great time. Location was great…parking was a struggle. We had a great time.

Nice stay but...

We had a wonderful stay. The only problems we had was we had no air condition all week. It was reported but no one ever showed up. Luckily we were able to stay cooler by opening the sliding glass door. Also, there was only 1 tall glass in the cabinet while the others were small like whiskey glasses.

Beautiful views…unit could use some TLC

Let me start with the positives…you are steps to the beach so the views of ocean are spectacular! 4th floor is just high enough to see for miles. The washer and dryer in unit is very convenient and the jetted tub is very relaxing. The beds were comfortable. Here are the not so nice…the living room furniture (couch & chair) are very old and uncomfortable to sit on. The carpet is old and stained. I stepped on a chip in bedroom so don’t think the cleaning is doing a very good job of vacuuming. There was a rancid odor in unit upon arrival. We tried multiple times to have maintenance come in to do ozone treatment…but they were not convenient in scheduling. I used febreze and air fresheners and by the end of the week it didn’t seem as bad. The dishwasher started badly leaking on first start so we never used it again. Notified mgmt but they never even suggested coming out to fix it. Broken glass in cabinet. Could use more kitchen utensils. In general the unit could use some attention and a little TLC.

Would Stay Again!

The Resort was super great! Clean & Fun. Went to Wicked Tuna for supper (2) nights in a row. Great Food & Drinks. It's within walking distance. Great Condo! Beds are comfortable. Nice TV's., Shower and Kitchen. Don't worry about the carpet and furniture --- it doesn't matter for the vacation. You will really like this place!

Read rental agreement before bucking 79 rules , All trying to trap people are paying more money?

Big fish rentals 79 rules and regulations went on vacation to Relax , but worried about using towels, sleeping in the bed, leaving balcony door open, I took 54 pictures of things that were wrong with the condo including no lock on the balcony door and not once did they try to get ahold of me or fix any of the problems !? Please read rental agreement before booking ! I will never book with big fish rentals again!!!

Great beach access, but could use some updates.

The condo was clean. Beach access was easy & convenient. Sleeping options were more than adequate. Could use some updates & more kitchen supplies. Living room furniture is very outdated & sparse. Kitchen needs more stuff: lack of much silverware, no measuring cups, flimsy cooking utensils, etc. (plenty of room for more kitchen supplies). Would suggest adding a bathmat too. Enjoyed our stay very much. Just think a little more investment would make it a better stay.

Condo was comfortable, clean and with everything that you needed, suits 2-4 people no more than that. Resort was nice geared for families, so not very quiet which was what we were hoping for, but still ok. Would rent again if we go back sometime.

Extended weekend

We had our grandson with us for an extended weekend. He swam everyday, sometimes twice a day. We walked the beach for shells, toured downtown, and caught the Pirate Show. Our condo was great and had a washer/dryer which was convenient with the bathing suits. We can't wait to plan another trip.

Steer clear of Big fish rentals when booking!

The location was pretty, but we had to clean upon arrival. The air conditioning went out for one day and an evening. A repairman was sent at 3:30am to resolve the issue, but we had to be awake. The owner through Big Fish, will not respond to us at this point and Vrbo said there is nothing they can do to assist. There was mold in the jetted bathtub blew out upon running a bath. The dryer was concerning to use as it had no dryer vent. The cleanest part of the condo is the balcony. Just know there won't be any consideration for you or your family if they do not provide what is promised.
