The Space:

Morning light reflects off the harbor as boats pass quietly by, and a soft coastal breeze sets the pace for the day. You sip coffee with water views all around, knowing the beach, pool, and dock are all just steps from where you are. Life here moves easily, with space to gather and room to unwind.



Set directly on the Destin Harbor on Holiday Isle, Sun Kissed is an 8-bedroom, 7-bath waterfront home designed for large groups without feeling crowded. Spanning three levels, the layout balances shared spaces with private retreats, making it ideal for families, friends, and group getaways. The home sleeps up to 22 guests and offers gated beach access just moments away, combining harborfront calm with easy Gulf access.



Sleeping arrangements

Bedrooms are spread across all levels, offering flexibility and privacy. The home includes king suites throughout, a bunk bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk, and a double queen suite. Bathrooms are a mix of en-suite and Jack-and-Jill layouts, thoughtfully arranged for larger groups while keeping access convenient.



Living spaces

Two separate living areas allow everyone to spread out comfortably. The second floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living area well-suited for shared meals and relaxed evenings, while the first floor includes a separate living space with a kitchenette and game area. Large windows and doors throughout keep the harbor views front and center.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, with ample space to gather indoors. An outdoor kitchen near the pool adds another option for casual meals and evenings outside. Multiple dining areas make it easy to come together or break into smaller groups.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub overlooking the harbor, a backyard with fire pit and seating, and waterfront decks designed for slow afternoons. The private dock includes four boat slips with direct access to the harbor and nearby water taxi service. Pool heating is available by request for an additional fee.



Location

Holiday Isle offers a peaceful harborfront setting with gated beach access nearby. Dining, HarborWalk Village, and local attractions are just across the water, making it easy to explore while enjoying a quieter home base.



Pet-friendly accommodations are available (fee applies per pet). Guests staying four or more nights receive a complimentary 1.5-hour sunset tiki cruise, weather-dependent and subject to availability. Winter snowbird rates are offered - please inquire for details.

The gas fireplace is not operational or available to guests.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
