Super convenient, clean and beautifully decorated. Very easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants in town. Rented a golf cart for one day to go to both ends of Folly, and that’s all we needed!

Great condo, very well stocked. Close to everything but not right in the middle of the crowded beach section. Will stay here again! The condo was bigger than it looks in the photos.

The perfect family gathering spot for Thanksgiving! Such a beautiful place that instantly felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. So much attention to detail, all the way down to a Thanksgiving card, pumpkin pie and beach themed YouTube video playing! Super clean and well stocked with everything needed. Great ocean views with a very large back porch. Our stay couldn't have been more comfortable. We all hated to leave!

Absolutely delightful location & accommodations

Bright, spacious, clean, incredible view, quiet & comfy. Kitchen was thoroughly furnished with everything we could've asked for. We're talking of returning and not even bothering to investigate what other possibilities there might be for a Folly Beach stay!

Nice place. Great relaxation. Could have had an extra garbage bag or two as well as toilet paper. Great location right off the beach with great views!

Great Place!

My favorite spot was the back deck. After a day on the beach, it was like still being on the beach but without the sand and water. The condo was clean, well taken care of and up-to-date. The front porch was a bonus. Private and plenty of room to put all your beach items. Enjoyed our stay here at Folly Beach. Will be back for sure.

This condo is amazing!

Really enjoyed staying here for 4-5 days. The photos of this place look amazing and the property is even better in person. Very spacious, great neutral colors, nice new appliances, great furniture, and the location is perfect. You have a great porch out the front that overlooks the ocean. Really gorgeous views and will be back. One thing to note is if you are entering your first time and need the key code entrance, use the staircase from the second level to access.

Nicest beach condo we’ve ever stayed at!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. I’ve been visiting Folly for 20 years, and this is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. Brought my BFF and teen daughter here for 5 day trip, and it was just so beautifully decorated and spotless, stocked with everything one could possibly need, that we stayed on the deck overlooking the ocean playing board games and having the absolute best time! We felt very safe with the double locking doors to the front porch and front door, and it was incredibly quiet. Easy access to the beach and the elevator was awesome. We will definitely return.

Fabulous oceanfront condo in great little beach town!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Pointe Villa 301 is a wonderful property! Beautifully decorated, so spacious with balcony facing ocean and big front balcony as well. Easy walk to beach, pier and into town to shop and eat. Covered parking is tight if you have a large vehicle but property management informed us of this and how there is additional outside parking. Perfect vacation getaway!

Beautiful View

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean with a nice table that seats 6 people. I love the sofa in the living room because there is ample room for everyone. The master bedroom is great, but the other two bedrooms could use King sized beds for comfort. The place is in a great spot so you can walk to any restaurant. Rita’s was our favorite! The parking space is tight with a Jeep Gladiator. However, I signed up for Instacart and had our groceries delivered, so we never had to leave the property and walked to the restaurants.

We're always looking for ways to enhance guest comfort, and we'll certainly take your suggestion of King-sized beds into consideration for future upgrades. We also understand your comment about the tight parking with a larger vehicle like a Jeep Gladiator. It's a common challenge in beach areas, and we're so glad you found a fantastic solution with Instacart delivery and enjoyed walking to all the local spots, minimizing the need to drive!
