The Space:

The property features a private pool, perfect for relaxation and fun. Please note that pool heating is not included in the reservation cost. If you desire pool heating, kindly inquire about the pricing at least 24 hours before your arrival, as it needs to be arranged in advance.



Guest Access:

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire Mountain View Pool House! This includes the private pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging in the sun. Inside, you'll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable living room, the dining room, and the theater room for your entertainment. All four bedrooms and the 2.5 bathrooms are also entirely private for your comfort. You'll also have access to the laundry room for your convenience.

You're just a short drive from a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. Getting Around:

Getting around El Paso is easy from Mountain View Pool House. You'll find ample free parking on the premises, making it convenient to explore the area by car. For those flying in, El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. While public transportation options are available in El Paso, they may not be as readily accessible from the property. It's recommended to use a ride-sharing service or drive to reach major hubs and attractions. Consider using a navigation app to plan your route and estimate travel times based on traffic conditions.

Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Mountain View Pool House. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $100, subject to availability. The property has free parking available on-site. The private pool is a highlight, but please note that pool heating is not included in the base rate. If you desire pool heating, please inquire at least 24 hours before your arrival to arrange it. As per our house rules, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house or near doors/windows, and pets are not permitted. Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately. Before checking out, kindly place all used towels on the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash, turn off lights and appliances, and lock all doors and windows. Return keys to the lockbox. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $100 per person, and a $500 fee applies for smoking or pets. We appreciate your cooperation!
