The property is in a rural and quiet location with no cross-traffic, and it includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, snow removal, and lawn care. And the best part? It has off-street parking!
* A signed rental agreement and a photo ID are required before the arrival date.
* Guests exclusively use the lower-level one-bedroom Guest Suite, which has separate access and a driveway on the walk-out level on the south side (backyard).
Locked Owner’s 3-bedroom Owner's Suite & Attached & Detached Garages are NOT included: The Owner’s three-bedroom home is in a separate area on the upper levels of the Property, and the attached and detached garage has separate main entrances – no cross traffic. The three-bedroom Owner’s Suite and garages are NOT included in this Agreement. The owner retains the right to access and use the Owner’s three-bedroom home and garages during the Rental Period. The one-bedroom Guest Suite has exclusive use of the lower level of the house and separate rear entry and off-street parking in the backyard. Guests will NOT access the upper three (3) bedroom Owner’s Suite, attached garage, detached garage, or front yard.
