You'll love this incredibly located beach house on Bonita Street! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood only a block away from downtown Fort Myers Beach! This bright, spacious house ,1750 sq feet,is located within walking distance of over 20 restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach!

This fully furnished house includes a master bedroom (queen bed), second bedroom (queen bed), third bedroom (2 twin beds), with all linens included (bedding, bath, and beach towels). The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals with extra seating at the breakfast bar! This house features a great front deck and a large side yard with table,chairs and umbrella.For the beach, we have included beach chairs ,cart, coolers,and umbrella's! Other amenities include dedicated parking, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a full-size washer/dryer, and propane grill. At the end of our block is Moss Marina which features boat rentals, fishing gear, and pole rentals. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance!.

Great Location

We loved our stay over Christmas. Everyone in our group of 5 hopes to be able to stay here again next year. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to the beach and all the times square restraunts and bars. House was as listed, clean, comfortable, and we had excellent communication with the host. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Tucked away island gem

Tucked below the bridge to Ft. Myers Beach, hidden behind the bustle of Times Square, this authentic beach house is in the perfect location to everything on the island. Easy walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and the beach, the location eliminates issues like traffic and parking, allowing us to do what we came here for: to relax!

Great time!

The hosts went above and beyond! They answered questions promptly and provided many beach accessories. The location was close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

Family Fun In The Sun

We had a great time while visiting our daughter. The family room/dinning room in the back of the house was perfect. We had a puzzle going on the table and the TV going and we were all together in the same room. There was also a nice grill and picnic table outside to enjoy. The front deck was also a place we could all sit and chat. There are so many amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is also within walking distance. The last half of our week long stay we walked to the beach. The water was a little cold but the temperature was great and the sun was shining. If you are looking for a clean, family friendly, and everything within walking distance this is a great option.

Rustic Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this beach cottage. It is in a great location, about 2 blocks from the beach. All restaurants and shops in the Times Square area are an easy walk. Communications with Lisa were easy and quickly responded to. There is a nice outdoor area with picnic table and grill that we made good use of. Also, convenient off street parking. This is a taste of true beach living on Ft Myers Beach.

Spring break

Perfect location for the beach and fun in town. The house was spacious and perfect for our crew. My only suggestion would be to fix the shower. The water pressure was really low so we ended up using the tiny bathroom.

Awesome place to stay!

This is a great place if you want to have a beach vacation and also be in a chic area with lots of life. The house is very clean, comfortable, roomy and stocked with a everything you need to use the kitchen and also supplies to use at the beach. You only need a your swimsuit and sunscreen :) They have beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler etc.. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. You are about 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the town square area, where there is a lot of nice places to eat and seat outside to people watch! I had a great time and I'm looking foward to visit again.

A Michigan cottage in Ft. Myers

My first time using Vrbo and it was a good one. Communication was prompt, check in /out was easy, and the house was cozy. While this place may not have been totally renovated like some of the other properties my friends had, it was updated enough to keep the charm of the house. It felt like a northern Michigan cottage on the lake. My kids loved the place and we all felt relaxed and at home shortly after arriving . Location is central and within walking distance to everything. A non busy street just a block and a half of the strip. The owners have just about everything you need someplace in the house. Our friends were very impressed with the amount of space we had compared to their rentals. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great value and location

This cute house is less than 10 minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the bay, also within walking distance from many great restaurants and beach shops. There was plenty of space in the house for two adults and 4 teenagers. Beds were super comfortable. The owner is very responsive with answers and suggestions. You may do without a few amenities (dishwasher), but it is so worth it. We stayed for a week and would love to go back.
