Everything about the place was great or better. it comfortably slept all 7 of us in our party, was conveniently close to many amenities and neat local restaurants and shops, the hosts were wonderful and check in/out was as easy as can be, and the home itself was spacious and inviting. the patio out back was very nice too! certainly would stay again the next time we visit Denver.

Location is ideal for a balanced city/nature trip. In walking distance to good food and just a short drive to scenic sites. The house is very well laid out for a group, plenty of space to comfortably spread out. Heads up, the coffee maker struggles so just plan accordingly. Otherwise, well stocked kitchen. Everything was spotless and there were fans in every bedroom (iykyk). Would definitely stay there again when in the area!

We had 2 different groups from the same family. One group sleeping in basement and the other on the second floor was a nice separation. We were so happy with the split levels, the smart tv’s, and excellent secure WiFi. We were able to watch separate channels in 3 different family rooms. A mini blind or lace curtains in the window over the sink in kitchen would have helped, the rising sun was blinding when making coffee and breakfast. We will look for this property next time we come out this way.

Overall the property was very nice. It was very hot in Denver the week we were there with temperatures in the mid 90's or above. Because of this, the AC unit struggled to keep the bedrooms upstairs cool. The downstairs and basement areas were very cool. It would have been nice if the upstairs had a separate AC unit.We had no other issue with the property and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely house in a great location

We had a great time staying here, fit 5 people comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Denver and wanting to stay close to the city and close to the mountains
