4 bedroom home with new Media room located between Savannah and Tybee Island.
This is a low country style, 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located on Whitemarsh Island, which is centrally located between Savannah and Tybee Island on highway 80! The home boasts a new media room complete with large screen TV and a record player to suit family time. A large, well lit, screened in back porch overlooking a private back yard to spend the evening enjoying the night sounds of cicadas or to start a fire for roasting marshmallows in backyard fire pit. The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops, a cushioned breakfast nook with pillows, and a new coffee and drinks station. Both full bathrooms have been updated with new tub/shower, and vanities. There are also beach chairs and towels ready for the quick 11 mile drive to Tybee Beach for the day!
We had a wonderful time at Triciaâs place. The house was big and beautiful and had everything that we needed. No issues with anything, close to shopping and entertainment and restaurants. Safe quiet neighborhood.
Everything was great! We enjoyed our visit, had lots of fun. The house was perfect for us, kids loved the first floor bedroom area. The host provided many extra special touches that were really convenient. Thanks so much!
We were close to the town and the convention center. Found parking in town and walked everywhere. The house had everything you would need. It was so clean and the screened in back porch was used every night. Love staying here and would come again.
Location was marvelous. In between all the locations that we wanted to visit. Wouldâve liked to spend more time in the backyard, but had colder weather. The house had all the amenities that we needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.
The home was very clean and very comfortable during our stay. Almost every day it was over 100 but inside it was a nice and cool 72. The host even provided a lot of additional appliances, such as crockpots and a few other things that a lot of host do not.
What a perfect house for my two sisters and myself for our annual sister vacation. It was perfectly located between savannahs historic district and Tybee Island. We each slept great in our king sized beds and when my daughter and son in law visited from Jacksonville, there was plenty of room for them too. We enjoyed the screened in back porch in the evenings and loved playing cards with the giant deck from the game closet. We would definitely stay here again.
Great property! Clean, well appointed with amenities. Good communication with the owner. Really a great experience. 2 CONSNeighbors to the left were very noisy! Have earplugs!!Chair in the living room was horrible.. 3 pillows on the seat from upstairs made it tolerable to sit in.PROSHad everything we needed! Towels nice frig and a good washer and dryer. Dishwasher was good but noisy.
My kids and I loved our stay at this house. Conveniently located in proximity to Savannah and Tybee Beach. We had plenty of room, the house was fully stocked with all the necessities, and it was quiet and peaceful. Great place to relax!
Great location between Savannah & Tybee Island, very well stocked with everything you need and more, very clean, owners checked with us to see if everything was good, and it was, and 1/3 of what a motel would have cost us.
Overall it was a very nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very well appointed with towels, dishes, sheets, etc. It was very nice having everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, as it was within minutes of our family we were visiting. There was also a grocery store and very good diner within a few minutes drive. The neighborhood seems to be up and coming still, but we never felt unsafe.
My wife, son and I spent our Spring Break week here in Savannah. The house is centrally located in the middle of Savannah and Tybee Island about 10 to 12 minutes from each of these areas. The house has a nice backyard area with a firepit and a screened in porch.
We had planned our stay months ahead, but ended up traveling right after the hurricanes. Worried about damage and road closures, I messaged the host several times with questions. She was quick to respond and happy to help. Our stay was great, house was clean
The house was very clean, we had everything we needed, we only had one creepy crawler, had a snake at the patio door, next door neighbors yards are a little cluttered, if families stay with small kids/ toddlers 2 baby gates wouldâve been nice for stairs,
I grew up in Maine and now enjoy a full southern coastal existence! I love to host friend groups or familyâs for vacations; especially guest new to Savannah since I am partial to Savannahâs southern city charm!
The location of this neighborhood with easy access to highway 80 enables me to be downtown in 7 miles or head east 11 miles to Tybee Island! There is a Walmart, CVS, and Publix a mile away for convenience. Whitemarsh Preserve for amazing walking and bicycling trails to spend the afternoon in shady nature is located just outside the development open every day.
My favorite thing about this house is comfort. I have 4 large bedrooms with king or queen beds since Iâve never enjoyed sleeping in a twin or a bunk bed! If you like to cook I have everything you may need to cook and serve. Most recently I have added a media room with large sectional couch, big screen TV and a record player to take the edge off the day! This room is large enough to accommodate the queen bed great for guests that may prefer first floor lodging.
