Perfectly located 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is directly across the street from the gulf beaches. Pelican Cove is located in a small, private complex on a very unique part of the Island. It is one of the few condos with views of both the Gulf and the Bay. Pelican Cove is just 40 yards from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, Bradenton Beach. Pelican Cove Condominiums also offers a heated pool, hot tub, a full-size tennis court and has a private boat dock which doubles as a fishing pier. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer & dryer, cable TV/WiFi, and a shared heated pool & spa. But, it doesn't stop there! This unit has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can take in the breathtaking sunsets from your spacious, private, screened balcony not to mention you can also enjoy the gulf view from the living & dining areas. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and screened private balcony that overlooks the pool. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed.

We had a wonderful stay. Beach is right across the street with an easy walk there. Cooking with a view of the ocean is wonderful. Host was very helpful with great communication to make sure everything was perfect for us.

This place only accommodates 4 guests. The futon is not a bed at all. It’s broken and dented in and a full grown adult will not fit on that small tiny futon. But the police charges you for six people. It does not accommodate six people. We had five with us and it did not even accommodate five people we had to go and buy a blowup mattress for one person to sleep on because the place only had sleeping accommodation for 4.

It's a wonderful place!

Pelican Cove 3 is located conveniently to many shops and restaurants. It's in an incredible location to beach and bay. It's a wonderful place.

The rental is a perfect location!

The rental is a perfect location for the beach and fishing. The condo is very comfortable and everything you would need is right there. The pool was very nice and right outside the entrance. We would rent it again.

Smooth check in, easy to get early check in through communication with host. Host is excellent. Accommodations are acceptable, some updating could help but overall, great experience. Condo is 2nd floor with no elevator, they have a 3rd floor as well but it does help to elevate to get the ocean view. Condo clean, shower heads could use an update to help with pressure. SeaBreeze vacations made it easy to communicate, excellent to respond to any needs/questions. Easy access to ocean/pool/hot tub. One side gets sunrise, other side gets sunset. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys. Supplies like trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods are provided which is great. Air works great. Beach view out living room is amazing-it’s the ocean. Bed rooms were over pool/hot tub. Sunrise was blocked by other condos but easy to walk and a bench to sit and enjoy the sunrise. Busy road, Gulf Dr, so traffic is typically flowing, especially during busy times.

We loved this rental!

We loved this rental! It was relaxing to enjoy the beach view from our balcony, and it was such a short walk to the beach. The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of supplies for the two of us and restaurants were close by. We will look to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo and has great access to the beach!

Beautiful condo and has great access to the beach. Everything from checkin to check out was smooth. Would recommend any of the condos in the building but especially this one. Only down side is if you like to cook on vacay like we do. The cooking supplies are limited and well worn. But overall great condo!

The property location was premium. However, the condo needs updated very badly and wasn’t very clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is uncomfortable and needs replaced. The en suite bathroom was nice and appeared recently renovated. The tub in the second bathroom looked horrible, the enamel was worn away, I wouldn’t want to sit a child in it for them to take a bath. The futon located in the 2nd bedroom that can be folded out and used as a bed is lumpy. If ever the furniture in this property is updated, new tub in the 2nd bath, and a fresh coat of paint throughout the whole place and a thorough cleaning is done, it will be worth the price we paid.

Great beach stay

This property was great. Hosts were on it and constantly responding to our needs. We walked to the beach most days and its a short little jont to the entrance. Traveling with a little the pool was a big hit!

Wonderful communication with property manager. The location is perfect, easy walk to Bridge Street, trolley stop is a half a block away for northbound, right across the street for southbound. Condo was wonderfully stocked, very clean, & spacious.

Clean Condo Steps from the Beach with Pool

Condo was very clean. We loved the fact of it being so close to the beach. Just steps away. And nice to have a pool to come back to after a day at the beach to cool off. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again.

What a view

Only issue i had was waiting on the dryer took sever restarts even for a small load other then that the property was everything we could ask for. The beach view could have been little better without the pirta johns right across the road but if u need them while on the beach they came in handy im sure
