Enjoy your stay at Hilltop Hideout of Helen, which is located directly above the famous Georgia Mountain Coaster inside of Helen, GA. This cozy chalet is the perfect destination spot for a family or friends looking for an Alpine Adventure in a Bavarian Themed Town in Appalachia OR if you are looking for a "flexcation," there is also an office space for working while still getting away! Appreciate the beautiful hilltop view on a large patio while indulging in nature and your favorite beverage. Take advantage of the multiple attractions, state parks, wineries, breweries, food, fishing, tubing, and family friendly activities. Don't forget to visit a few favorites: Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, Dukes Creek Falls, Yonah Mountain, Cool River Tubing, Helen Waterpark, Alpine Mini Golf, Dukes Creek Mines, Woody's Mountain Bikes, Alpine Fun Factory, Hardman Farm State Historic Sight, Charlemagne's Kingdom, and more!

We own 5 chalets on the hill. The other 4 sleep 12. Message me if you would like to check availability on all 5. We have been a popular destination for family reunions and wedding parties.

Note, we named these Hilltop Hideout because they are located at the top of a hill. Walking to town is an option (my kids always choose it), but it is steep. Plan accordingly.

Karen was very easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The area was quiet but extremely close to downtown. We were able to go and enjoy the sights and come back to the house and relax with no noise, around us. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy Stay in Helen GA

We had a lovely visit to Helen, GA! Lots of fun things to do for the entire family! The Chalet was wonderful! It was VERY CLEAN, spacious, modern and in a perfect location. Literally, minutes away from everything! We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very attentive and even left a binder filled with fun things to do!

I totally recommend this property super nice and clean, quiet neighborhood only minutes from down town we enjoy staying there, it rain on one of the days on our stay but still had fun with all the board games that are in the house.

Great location & House

Property was clean, spacious, and super close to all activities in Helen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large. Nice back deck. Only con, house needs new chairs on back deck.

Perfect Stay

We loved staying at Hilltop Hideaway! The property was clean, well done, and in an excellent location. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were luxurious. The back porch was perfect for relaxing and enjoying being outside. We may never need to stay anywhere else in Helen ever again.

Great Family Getaway

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation! Wonderful communication with the host, and the house was clean, bright, and had everything we needed (including games and books for the kids)! The hill that the house is on is very steep but it was no issue to drive down into town. Thank you Karen!

Best place to Stay in Helen

Brand new house just off the strip in Helen. Location is great and keeps you right in the middle of everything. Amenities in the house covered everything you would need. Nice back deck to hang out on. Spacious place and great value for the price. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Great Times in Helen!

We really enjoyed our visit to Helen, GA. This house was at the top of the hill and was a very quiet neighborhood. The back deck overlooked the woods and was very peaceful to enjoy. The house was great - enough space for the 3 of us. We really enjoyed Helen - it is definitely popular this time of year - but was fun to watch the people tubing. The Hofbrauhaus, Two Tire Tavern and Nacoochee Village Tavern & Pizzeria were fantastic places and we would highly recommend. We will be back for sure. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great Location!! Perfect for Octoberfest

Beautifully decorated house on a hill. All the amenities for the kitchen from a pot of coffee to staying in a cooking a meal. Does not have shampoo or body wash, but not a big deal we just went to a local Walmart and purchased. The ONLY thing that would prevent us from staying again were the incredibly uncomfortable beds! They were very...very firm. All this needs is a change of mattresses. We all had a very rough time sleeping in them. I would replace the couch as well. Not enough space and also very uncomfortable. Otherwise, we would recommend this place to anyone who wants close proximity to downtown Helen (you can walk but hills very steep). Great communication with host and incredibly clean house! We enjoyed our stay!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Helen GA. The property was close to everything. We did walk down once from the unit to town but it was a little steep but not bad at all. Rest of our stay we drove down, had no issues finding parking which was only 10 for the entire day. I recommend this property 100%

The property was perfect for our group of ladies. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch for our morning coffee. We found it a little steep to walk to the town but it was such an easy drive to the main street that we found it to be a perfect location

We traveled to Helen and fell in love with it. We knew this would be a place we would want to return again and again. While on vacation, we found a builder who had just started his build. We knew we HAD to buy it and share it with you guys, while still having a place for a family to vacation.

This home is uniquely suited for those of you who don't want an older home and value the benefits of a new home, which is decorated and filled for peaceful enjoyment. It give you the benefit of escaping to nature while still being so close to town and all the attractions and restaurants. The best of both worlds.
