Nice little place to stay while in the city! Small space but it had everything we needed! Very clean! Fantastic communication before our stay was greatly appreciated! We would use this space again!
We loved staying here! It was close to our son who lives in the neighborhood. Even though it was on a busy street, it was set back enough that it was quiet. Really comfortable. We would stay here again.
What a fun place! Right by all the action. Walk to everything. Place was clean and we had a great weekend. Manager was incredibly helpful. We will be back!
We stayed in the Coach House. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Bed and pull out couch very comfortable. Plenty of room. The location was great for us - close to our sonâs apartment and a short walk to the lake and shopping. Love the neighborhood. Access is by code so no key to worry about. Highly recommend! Will stay here again if we get the chance.
Nice Place but not when itâs cold outside. Also verify check in with owner.
Good location. Nice neighborhood. Inaccurate check-in process. Not efficient heating system (uses splits and space heater). To get into unit, instructions told us to go through a door into fire escape area. Very confusing. Tried code on a few doors but the code would not get us into the unit. Tried to chat with owner but couldnât reach them. After leaving message, got a call back. Instructions were not accurate. Needed to go into front door. Once in the unit, it is clean and a nice size. However we were staying there during a very cold spell and the heaters (splits) had a tough time keeping the kitchen/dining area above 60 degrees. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but left after 2 nights because of the cold and went to another hotel that was warm. Owner gave us some money back but it ended up being a pretty expensive two nights because we paid for two nights and 5 nights of taxes and vrbo fees. I gave it two stars because (positive) of the size of the rooms and location and (negative) check-in process, our total cost for two nights and heating challenges.
The place is very newly redone and everything is beautiful. The neighborhood has tons of great restaurants and is a short walk to the zoo, the park and the lake. We would love to come back after we can actually go into a restaurant. However DoorDash is super fast. The only small downside is the kitchen could use a tea kettle and a couple cooking staples (eg oil, spices). Not an issue if you don't drink tea and don't want to cook. Would highly recommend.
