Clean, Well-decorated, Great location

The interior was freshly decorated with all I needed for my stay. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants. The balcony was perfect for my morning coffee or an evening glass of wine overlooking the pool. The kitchen was a nice size for a small condo with a generous sized peninsula for cooking preparations. I loved being on the third floor. It made for a quiet get away.

Signature Condo

The condo was just great. Very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything you needed. The location of condo was wonderful. Right by the pool, work out room. They had a sauna, steam room, hot tub. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location , gorgeous property

We were so impressed with the condition of the condo ( super clean, tastefully decorated) stunning view of the grounds. Quiet and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Joseph was very responsive with communication and considerations allowing early check in . You won’t regret choosing this location!

Very beautiful condo

Our stay was excellent. The only drawback was that we had to climb 3 sets of stairs totaling 36. A real workout when you’re in your 80’s. The condo was very beautiful with everything you need. Joe was always available by texting.

So beautiful!

What a beautiful condo. Owner was so accomodating and promptly answered any question we had. Such a great location. Easy to visit museums of Scottsdale and Phoenix. Lovely walkable restaurants and grocery.

Great condo in great location

The property was as promised on VRBO. It was in a great part of Scottsdale with easy access to all attractions and golf courses. The property manager was accessible and the condo was well supplied with necessities. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect accommodation

This condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, spacious and safe. The condo was in close proximity to stores and restaurants. If you are looking for the conforms of home while away, this is a great place! Joseph was incredibly responsive with all questions we had as well. Definitely will stay here again!

Gorgeous and Clean! Great access to shopping.

Great place to stay for relaxation and going to Bball Spring Training! Loved the pool and the people there! The stairs could be hard for older Seniors. It was good for us. The parking spot was convienient and the pool and palmtree view is fabulous.

This condo was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and everything was better than expected. Owner was super responsive and messaged back within minutes with any questions. The view from the 3rd floor overlooking the pool is great. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

The condo was very clean and nicely renovated! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The process to rent and stay here was seamless and the property very nice. One negative was that the master bed was very hard. We would definitely stay again (but would maybe bring a mattress topper)! The owner was a pleasure to work with and the property was clean and beautiful

Great condo in a safe and convenient location

The condo was clean and very well appointed. Comfortable bed and couches. Nice kitchen. The pool and hot tub are great and clean. as are the entire grounds. Nice, covered parking. Close to restaurants, shops and grocery. Easy access to highways for travel to other areas.

Scottsdale retreat

This condo was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, place was extremely clean, and great location. We didn’t require the pull out so cannot comment on the pullout sofa for sleeping. Pool area is very clean. Would love to return. - walking distance to horizon park if you are looking for pickleball.

Lovely stay in Sedona

Nicely maintained, bright, and pretty condo on third floor, perfect for a 6 night stay over Christmas. Lugging the bags up the stairs to the 3rd floor was a pain, but worth it because the condo was very quiet and we liked the view of the pool. There were a couple of issues related to the cleaning and heating system, but the manager handled them well. The bed was super comfortable; a luggage rack and a chest of drawers in the bedroom would have been nice. Overall, it was a good rental and we would come back.

Great location, great property manager! We really like walking everywhere. Third floor quiet, hard to carry luggage. No recycling?????? Master bed, quite hard, even with the topper provided by Joseph.

We have stayed at over 10 units in this complex and this was the nicest and coziest one in terms of the floors and furniture and the bed. The host was great and let us check in early. There was a issue with the pots and pans and the host was going to take care of that. We are still able to climb stairs and it is up 3 flights so if you are physically unable to do that you might want to try another place. We hope we can rent this one again when we come back.

Really Nice Time in Scottsdale AZ.

The property was everything we expected, we enjoyed the time there & we hope to return. There is only one thing we found perhaps disconcerting although admittedly this was not the fault of the property or the owners, however we do want to mention that the activity around the pool was loud well into the evening,10:00 PM on a Sunday, with children allowed to scream & yell more than was acceptable truly ? Given that this was the second night in row it happened it should be addressed by someone in the command chain.
