Enjoy incredible 270-degree views from our top-floor, two bedroom, gulf-front condominium. The west side of the luxury condo is pure beachfront with extraordinary gulf-views. Or relax on the second lanai on the north side of the unit with views overlooking 17-acre Bowditch Point Park and Nature Preserve and San Carlos Bay. We love to wake to the sunrise over the bay and watch the sunset over the gulf.

Walk out the door to relax on the beach or more adventurous activities including jet skiing, parasailing, deep sea fishing, paddle boarding, and more. Beach Chairs and beach games provided.

Take a fifteen minute walk or two-minute ride to Times Square for shopping and countless dining options.

Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, backsplash, fixtures, and flooring. New bathrooms. New matching tile flooring throughout.

One week rentals - check in/check out on Saturdays. Please inquire for stays less than one week.

The condo was well equipped with everything you need. Views are 360 from gulf to the bay. Perfect location to be walking distance to Times Square but far enough to be away from the crowds.

The property was exactly as represented - clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is excellent. It is on the north end of the island, north of the bridge, and therefore is not subject to the traffic and noise of much of Fort Myers Beach but is still close enough to go to the restaurants and shops. We appreciated having windows on three sides of the unit - a rarity. The owner provided a manual of places to go and things to see. He was extremely responsive with our few questions.

This was a great place to stay. The host was very responsive. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants. There were a number of golf cart taxis and public transportation if you couldn’t make the walk. Beach was lovely with 360 views from the condo. The owners provided everything you would need for the beach. They also provided a lot of kitchen amenities that were niece to have. The only thing we didn’t love is there is no restroom near the pool or building so we had to go back up to use the restroom. Not a deal breaker for sure. Would still stay here again!

Beautiful quiet end of Estero Island, Fort Myers Beach. Perfect location for what we wanted. The condo was lovely, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, great kitchen, everything we needed. Ate breakfast and most dinners on the balcony overlooking the Gulf watching sunset. Also a lovely little balcony off the master bedroom although we didn't use that one much. It faces the park at the tip of the island. Beautiful beach and all the supplies we needed. We loved walking around at low tide and found hundreds of sand dollars, loads of hermit crabs and various mollusks. From teeny tiny to several inches across. Lots of fun. Starfish on the point. Dolphins. So much nature. There's an osprey nest across the street. Fascinating to watch and listen to. They also have a beautiful brand new pool since the hurricane. Everything was easy. Very friendly neighbors in the condo building. Host was great with the information and recommendations. Would definitely stay again if we decide to come back to this area.

This condo and it's location is one of the best that I have ever rented in more than 40 years of vacationing in Florida.We didn't need to buy anything except food to cook in the well appointed kitchen. The views are beautiful and exceptional. 2 screened in lanais was great for when the sun shines on the front one (which gets pretty hot and bright) to use the master lanai to view the bay. If you are on the fence, pick this unit since it is next to the preserve and is very quiet. Condo is large, clean and beautiful.Enjoy this unit if you book it. You won't be disappointed!Marian

It is exactly as the pictures show and more! The lanai is screened in and was perfect for those sunsets. Right on the water, and the beach every day was the therapy we needed. Quiet condo, with fabulous views of both lanais, had an excellent stay

This is a beautiful unit, on the best location at Fort Myers Beach, with amazing no ending views of the beach and marina; the appartment has a wonderful decoration with everything you need to have a pleasure stay; the building is carefully maintain and everything works perfectly; we loved to stay at this appartment and will definitely come back!!!

The property is well maintained and very clean. The owners really thought of everything you may need while away from home!There was an issue with the check-in, however, it seemed to be a one time problem and once the owners responded, it was quickly resolved and they more than made up for the inconvenience.I would highly recommend this location as the condo and location were great! We loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunset.

This rental property is magical. Truly a place where you can pack your bag knowing the owner has thought of everything you may need. From the backpack beach chairs, to the completely stocked kitchen, there is nothing that will keep our family from renting again. The owner is also extremely responsive and trustworthy. Can't wait to come back to the Sea Turtle!

Everything we hoped for

Let me start by saying Todd was extremely helpful answering questions about the area before I had even booked their property. Once we arrived it was just as described. The location couldn't have been better. Being the last building on the north end of fort myers, on the top floor we could see all of Bowditch Point Park and we got views of the ocean and the bay. Our son loved watching all the boats that went by. The sunsets from this location are impeccable. We're hoping that the building is able to be saved after hurricane Ian. We would love to make a return and support the wonderful people that make FMB a place to return to time and time again. And when we do I would rent from Todd again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The location was perfect and the unit itself was great! Very clean and nicely decorated, comfortable beds and amazing views! What more can you expect or ask for? The beach is perfect, clean and there was plenty of space to set up in a prime spot no matter what time of the day we got down there. Overall it was a wonderful family vacation and we look forward to returning again sometime in the future!

North End of Ft. Meyers Beach

This property was perfect for us. The building has six floors and being the end unit, we had such a grand panoramic view from all windows of the Gulf, the Point and the Intercoastal. It was very quiet (important to us) and close to the beach. We found the kitchen well equipped and the furnishings to be above average and very comfortable. Also, we had no trouble reaching our Host for a few questions.....very helpful.

Best Unit in the building!

Every couple of years our extended family meets here for week so we've stayed in several different units and seen probably half the building in person. This unit is THE ONE to get. We love the north balcony facing Bowditch and the upgrades are perfect. Our kids had their own room with TV and we could enjoy the master or living room after hours. We hosted about 12 family members from other units in the building for dinner one evening and the kitchen was amazing. We will 100% look to stay in this unit again for the next trip!

Hi!  We're Todd & Cynthia Grover.  Todd has been coming to Fort Myers Beach his whole life and in 2018 when this one-of-a-kind property became available for the first time in 40 years, Todd & Cynthia jumped at the opportunity to be part of the beach lifestyle.  This tropical paradise offers a great counterbalance to our year-around home in Golden, CO.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the activity on the beach. Most weekends there are several weddings held at the point of which we have a bird’s eye view. Something is always going on, yet it is always easy to find a quiet patch of beach if you prefer. And of course, the view. We love to watch the pirate ship tour traverse the point twice a day and shoot its cannons and to watch brown pelicans fly just feet away at 70 feet in the air.
