I'm definitely planning to buy a third TV for my place for the Master bedroom in the future. Right now it is just the 65" inch TV in living room and 55" inch in one of my bedrooms.

Never renting to these guests again! Lawrence and his wife booked with me for 7 nights. They checked into my place around 1am on the 3rd day of their trip.They said their flight was delayed. An hour later they sent me a message and told me that my house was "filthy." They didn't even try to put their complaint nicely. They were very bold and rude about it. They moved all my furniture: all the couches, night stands, washer and dryer, checked under the beds, in the middle of night in big hopes of finding any tiny piece of something to provide as evidence that my house was as they claimed. They sent pictures of my countertop with a very small scorch mark on it. Did they expect me to replace the entire countertop for a little scorch mark? They sent a picture of what they claimed was a dirty floor. What they claimed was dirt was in fact the pattern of the ceramic tile. All the pictures they sent didn't show anything wrong with my house and was sent to me on their last day of stay at my place. But I believe the real reason they did these things was to get me to give them a refund for the time they didn't show up, with a passive-aggresive threat of giving me a bad review! I found out about it on the 3rd day after their check out. A representative from Vrbo called me and told me that Lawrence and his wife were asking for refund! Instead of asking me straight out if I would give them a refund they preferred to send me rude texts and complained like no other guests ever have! I have been a superhost at another platform for 3 years with a 4.9 review rating, and 1 year at Vrbo with 5 star reviews of all their guests who have stayed with me. The guests that stayed at my place right before Lawrence and his wife were very happy and said that my place was a great place to stay, that it was a very nice home that WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN and well equipped! Another guests that stayed right after Lawrence and his wife stayed, said that they had a comfortable and quiet stay and that the house was a perfect house with many great comforts! All the people who stayed before and after Lawrence and his wife gave me 5 star reviews and were happy! I hosted more then 200 guests in last 3 years and I have never given a 1 star review to any of my guests until now! The reason I'm doing this is I want to let other hosts know about my bad experience with Lawrence and his wife and let them know what they should expect from these guests. Another reason I will not recommend them to another hosts is they didn't follow my house rules and left my house far later than they were suppose too. This rule is printed and displayed in my home, so none of my guest can say they didn't know when checkout time was.
