Maple Hill Lodge on Clearwater Lake has everything you need to enjoy a family vacation on the lake, a romantic getaway, or to spend time with friends and family.

Pool, beach, kids’ play area, and docks to use during your stay in the summertime. Kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes available for use during your stay.

The property was once a small resort that has become a small, private HOA. Pool and beach (less than a minute walk) are shared between the 18 units. The Lodge is a separate building with a private yard and multiple decks.

In the wintertime enjoy the peace and serenity with access to the lake for ice fishing or snowmobiling. Grills and fire pit available year-round.

Lodge has a main level unit and an upper-level unit with separate entrances for use and privacy. The upper level is 2 bedroom/1 full bathroom with a large living room, deck, and kitchen. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Large 4K Smart HDTVs on both levels.

Main level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bathroom has a separate tub and shower. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and single bed if needed as well as a private entrance. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed if needed. There is also a daybed in the front room. Large full kitchen with all appliances, dining room, living room, covered patio, and deck.

Enjoy our brand new, and fully equipped kitchen, with a large island and open cabinets so everything is easy to find. Coffee drinkers will love the choice of a Keurig, coffee pot and even an espresso machine.
