Oriental Suite has Queen bed and single daybed sleeper. Sleeps 3 guests maximum. Rate is for 3 guests. Full bathroom with jjacuzzi tub for single/double occupancy. Has sitting room, wide screen TV, Internet TV, kitchenette, fridge, MW, toaster oven, full kitchen utensils, coffee pot. Overlooks River and woods. A Treehouse Suite. Coffee, tea, juice, oatmeal, fruit, milk, and sales tax included in room rate.
NO PETS ALLOWED, service dogs allowed. It is a animal allergy free room unless prior arrangements have been made for service dog or dog.

This is not a HANDICAPP ACCESSABLE ROOM.

Other things to note
Quiet time between the hours of 1000 pm and 800 am in order to respect other guests. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS CHECKING IN AFTER 1000PM EST. Firepit available. We provide wood. Please do not bring foreign wood onto the property. Transmit harmful insects and diseases.

TO USE HEAT AND A/C
The heat and A/C control is over the love seat. To turn on heat switch it to heat and place on AUTO MODE. Adjust the temperature.
To turn on the A/C turn to AC. Make sure fan is on AUTO and adjust temperature.
