Enjoy Floridas atmosphere in the best place to be. The location is amazing, very close and convenient access to most important vacation stops. We offer high speed internet for those who work from home and a fully equipped kitchen for the Chefs that are always ready to serve, the floor plan is open and perfect for entertaining. If you need anything during your stay count on our 24 hour host ready to do anything to accommodate your needs inside a charming and gated community in the heart of Kissimmee.

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. This house fits up to 3 cars in the driveway and there is overflow parking in various areas around neighborhood. But street parking is not allowed in some spots.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

The house need more work done in the inside

That refrigerator was broken. The Jets from the pool for the Jacuzzi was out. The light bulb for the pool was dim lights my family couldn’t enjoy the pool nor the jacuzzi. The tv’s in the rooms wasn’t working no broom or mop to clean the house. Our food got spoiled due to the refrigerator went out the first night. No comforter on the bed but they did have a thrower for u to cover up with. Open the door to the pool room the knob comes off need more pool sticks can’t play pool with the tips not on the stick.

Great & Annoyed at same time

The trip was fun. The place was exactly what we expected and had everything we needed except internet. I spent extra money on this home over others for the movie room. We couldn’t watch movies because there was no wifi internet. The hosts offered zero assistance. The only other issue was the water pressure in the showers was horrible.

I had a good stay.

It was an excellent stay the neighborhood was perfect and house it self was beautiful. Wish we had more dishes to use. A vacuum cleaner would be helpful and a better broom to sweep with. The TV’s was okay while using them just a little internet lagging connection. For the most part I enjoyed myself and all of my guests most importantly.

Great stay for families and close to Disney

The home was spacious and just as advertised. I stayed with my family ages 13 and up. The home was close to Disney in a nice neighborhood and clean. I would suggest however to provide wash cloths to bathe, bath soap and a bath mat or towel to keep the floors dry after a bath. A few laundry pods would have been nice too.

Great house for kids and large groups!

We had a fantastic stay! We were a party of 13 (4 adults and 9 children ages 2 to 13). The house was perfect for our group with a game room, movie room, and pool. Everyone was occupied and happy! Just make sure you verify ahead of time that you have access to the Encore water park/pool/facilities because only certain rental agencies are granted access (we did not realize this). Luckily our property manager was very kind and helpful and worked this out for us without any issues.

Saved the day

My coworkers and I were in Orlando for a work conference. We had a major safety issue with the original VRBO we booked which was unaffiliated with this property. On a Friday at 4pm, I was frantically searching for a new VRBO rental with same day check in. Omar and team saved the day! The prompt response and organized delivery of information was excellent. The property was as described and we could not have been more pleased. With the theatre and game room, my coworkers and I have even talked about bringing our families back. Thank you for a great stay and going above and beyond to accommodate!

Fantastic experience!

We really enjoyed a family get together at this lovely home. Each household had the privacy of a bedroom with a private bathroom, the kitchen was amazingly equipped, pool and jacuzzi were great! We are already planning our next trip to be back. Highly recommend.

This house is amazing. Communication from beginning to end was great. Management responded to request and rectified the minor problems we had (light bulb, and getting Direct TV to work) the movie room and game room were favs.

Great house!

We had a great experience staying here! My kids loved the pool, movie theater and themed rooms. There was tons of space, everything was clean and prepared for us. Communication with the owners was easy and they were helpful and eager to please. Would definitely go back!

Decent stay

House is nice just the parking rules are horrible if your traveling with multiple family members in different vehicles and we didn’t have cable for 2 days. Other than that the property is a decent stay.

Nice vacation spot

My family really enjoyed the house and the stay. My 5 year old son didn't understand why he had to leave his new house lol. He really enjoyed the game room and pool especially. I explained it was a vacation house for his birthday. Other than the trash not being emptied before we arrived or during the stay (very foul with maggots), which the owner explained it was the neighborhoods duty to empty trash. Everything else was very nice

Loved it!!

Omar is wonderful. He responds quickly to any and every concern. The house, the neighborhood, everything was wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment. We will stay at this house again. The pictures does this house no justice. It's even better in person and the location is excellent. This resort has everything you need.

Weekend getaway

Driving to Florida was rough but once we got to the house it was all worth it. We always had something to do. Unfortunately we couldn’t go swimming cause the weather wasn’t that great but there was so much to do at this property, so that didn’t matter. If you have any questions or anything, the owner will reply quick and resolve the issue quickly as well. It was a great experience, and we’ll definitely book this property again!
