Welcome to our beautiful home! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in west of Urbandale. You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, nearly 2000 sq/ft of finished. You will have plenty of space to move around. Open kitchen with bar/seating and dining area.

Home away from home

We stayed here for a few nights while our own home was being remodeled. Property was very clean and just as described. Host communication was great and neighborhood was quiet. Someone showed up to put ice melt down during an ice storm, which was a pleasant surprise.

We came for a conference and our party of three adults enjoyed this property and would absolutely return for future visits. Spring golf trip

Good location to stay for a golf trip. Plenty of courses within a short drive. Plenty of dining options. Quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

Nice House

We stayed here on two separate trips to the area in less than a month both times the house was exactly as shown. It is a really nice place, great neighborhood, very clean, and had good parking. Beds were comfortable and we felt we had plenty of space. Would be look to stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend for those who are looking.

We had to come into town on last minute notice for our mother’s funeral. And the host was accommodating on working with us, as we had last minute arrangements to make. We greatly appreciate!! Thank you!! We’d love to be able to stay in the future on under other circumstances

Neighborhood Home

Urbandale was a great location for us to use as a home base. We spend several days exploring Des Moines and the surrounding area. This house is well equipped and spacious with a nice deck on the back.

Clean and Comfortable

We came out to Iowa to visit with family. This s a great launching pad for all our activities, and the bathroom downstairs was so great for our 83 year old grandpa who has a hard time with stairs.

Comfortable for family

This is a lovely home which filled our need to have a family of 5 gather together for a relative's funeral. It was comfortable and provided what we needed. Depending on the purpose of a visit, it might be a bit far out from Des Moines proper.

Good outdoor patio and spacious house

Our family was getting ready for and attending a wedding and related activities nearby. Spreading out in this house worked fine. And we really liked the back porch for the mornings and evenings.

House was great and accommodations perfect for our family of 3 children. Everything was in working order. Shower tub and sink in master did not drain well enough and should be corrected.

Lots of room, clean and very comfortable beds. Could use more in kitchen for a longer stay. Needed a blender and hand mixer. Also needed kitchen towels and more bath towels. Should totally put a game room in the basement /That would be a great area for kids to hang out

Friends Weekend

The home, check-in and the location were great. However, there were several lights that did not work, there was no guide how to manage the TV channels (similar to what you get in a hotel), and the oven took extremely long time to cook food. There was limited towels available, no Kleenex’s or trash cans in the bedrooms. These are minor things but they impacted our final impression.

Urbandale family home

Our trip was booked last minute and I was very fortunate to find this property available for my family of 5. The home was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items and well maintained. My only issue was the tub in the master bath did not drain well so hopefully that will get taken care of soon. I would defintely stay here again!

Beautiful house, in a great neighborhood.

My family stayed at this property for 4 nights. It suited our needs perfectly. The house is just as it is in the pictures. Clean and spacious. It has a great backyard and back patio. Perfect place to hang out and enjoy the evenings. The area and neighborhood is great, and close to wherever you need to go. The only (and it is small) complaint I have is that the master bedroom could use some blinds to block the sun as it's coming up. But, if you are looking at this property to book, I would recommend it. It's great!
