A Side Bedroom: 1 King Bed
B Side Bedroom: 1 King Bed convertible to Twins upon request

Living Room: This gorgeous living room is elegantly decorated and a perfect place to relax and spend time with your family or group. Watch a movie on the flat screen TV or kick back and enjoy your oceanfront view of palm trees swaying in the wind and waves crashing on the beach. This bright and open room is sure to delight you!

Kitchen: This kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal or a few tropical drinks. Enjoy the full size appliances and amenities you need for your vacation. Gather around the dining table with seating for 4 and spend some quality time together.

A Side Bedroom: Wake up to incredible oceanfront views from your comfortable King size bed. This room is bright and open but has a sliding retractable wall for additional privacy. Enjoy your own private bathroom and large closet and storage area for your things when you stay in this room.

B Side Bedroom: This bedroom is equipped with two Twin size beds that are convertible to a King upon request, a private bathroom, TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and small dining area for 2. You will have a partial ocean view when you stay in this room!

Lanai: Step out onto your large private lanai and sunbathe on the lawn chairs or enjoy appetizers and drinks as you overlook your incredible ocean views. Watch whales breaching in the winter months right from your lanai. You will also have views of Haleakala and the swimming pool from this amazing piece of paradise.

Amazing view and excellent location

The place itself is very comfortable, but the view from the bedroom, living room and deck was outstanding! Overlooking the ocean and pool. We had dinner on the porch every night listening to the waves crash. The beach was perfect for body boarding, boogie boarding and swimming. The beach was amazing for walking on and sunbathing. Pool was warm water. Only downside is that restaurants and grocery stores are about a 20 minute walk or a five minute drive.

Great views and location

We loved the views and location! It was so awesome waking up every morning and having breakfast on the deck watching the sun come over the mountains and then watching the sun set later on in the evening. The beach was steps from the door and was amazing. Great snorkeling was right there and we saw lots of fish and even a few turtles. The beach gets busy but we never had a problem finding a spot. The pool was nice in the evening to cool off and relax. Although our condo was showing signs of age, the beds were super comfortable and the condo met our needs perfectly. There is no air conditioning in the main living area but only in the second bedroom. We slept with the doors open at night and fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean and so never found it a problem sleeping at night. When we went out for the day we made sure to close the curtains and keep the fans on. It was warm when we returned but once we opened windows it would cool off. We were just off of the hustle and bustle of Kihei but close enough that we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay and many happy memories. We would stay in this complex again!

This has to be the worst unit at Mana Kai Maui

Unit #710a and b: Broken: Oven Dishwasher Microwave Fans only work on low None of this was attempted to be fixed during the week we were there. Bed: Old, stained sheets Needs cleaning underneath. 10 yo found medication under main bed. Living area: Dirt and oil stained couch Too small of a tv for the room Bathroom: One tiny bottle of shampoo and one small soap provided for the week. Parking assignment is a joke. Spot was taken by various other people and the building management couldn’t care less. Had to use the public lot. Asking us to pay to clean the towels as we left is a joke! Who does that?? Apperantly #710 does 😡

Mahalo for your review of Mana Kai 710! We are sorry to hear you had issues during your stay. The oven in the unit is broken. We are still working on getting a replacement, but we have a toaster oven in the unit right now for our guests to use. The dishwasher has been fixed. We were not aware of the issues with the microwave or fans. Also we did not hear from you about the cleanliness when you arrived. If we had, we would have sent the cleaner back to the condo. In addition since you booked 7 nights, you were entitled to a free mid-stay clean by the housekeeper. When we let you know about the mid-stay clean, you declined it and did not want it. We do leave a starter kit of items in the unit for you such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. These items are replenished during the mid-stay clean. Unfortunately as the management company for only the 710 unit, we do not have control over the parking. The front desk at the Mana Kai would handle parking issues. Our housekeepers also wash all the linens and towels at departure, so our guests are not asked to do any laundry at departure. Again, we apologize for the issues during your stay! We hope you still travel back to Maui for your next Hawaiian vacation!

Best view ever!

Mana Kai Resort is well maintained and located on a beautiful stretch of beach. Pool and plenty of shade available when you need to cool down. Washer/Dryer are shared by all the units on each floor and located in the stinky trash room...not ideal! Also tokens for their use are not included in the rental fee and need to be purchased at the lobby management window...cash only @ $3 per wash or dry load. Our unit was a bit “dated” with old appliances and an oven that was not functional. Cook top, microwave and dishwasher were working, but also old. We reported the broken oven to AAoceanfront as soon as we discovered it, however the technician they promptly sent that day to investigate the issue said the oven was irreparable and a new one couldn’t be installed after our departure.
