Gorgeous ocean front views await your perfect holiday stay at this beautifully decorated and appointed beach condo in Palmetto Dunes. Five star consistently rated vacation condo featuring lush landscaping, palm trees, and tropical flowers will entice your senses.

Tons of amenities to keep you busy include swimming pools at your steps, barbecue grills, white sandy beach for romantic moonlit walks, bike riding, kayaking, pickle ball, golf, and tennis await you.

Your beach condo features spacious accommodations that sleeps four with king size one bedroom with en suite jacuzzi bath, and second bathroom. Spacious over-sized living room with sectional sleep sofa, 65" flat screen television, and ample entertaining space. The kitchen is fully stocked for the vacationing cook complete with breakfast bar for informal dining! The dining room is stunning for romantic or family dining.

Your private oversized balcony off the master bedroom and living room has direct ocean views for morning coffee or sunset cocktails and outdoor dining.

We offer two beach cruisers for you to enjoy the miles of bicycle paths. It's just a short walk from your vacation home to the community tennis courts, kayak rentals, and pickle ball courts so you can leave your car behind. Transportation? The local "Dune buggy" is your transportation to the local restaurants, shopping and activities in Shelter Cove.

For the golfer, Hilton Head Island features 24 golf courses - 3 inside your Palmetto Dunes community.

Free WIFI, a full kitchen, sofa bed, elevator, and covered parking - just keep your parking pass on your dash.

Guest entry instructions - upon turning into the Community if you have not already received, make a right into the pass pickup location, state your destination and a pass will be issued, continue to your condo and the door will have an assigned entry code specific to your stay. Your privacy is important to us, but in case of an emergency we will be able to access the unit. We hope you enjoy your stay and feel free to reach out to us for any questions, we are local owners and enjoy boasting about the things to do in the neighborhood.
Palmetto Dunes will charge a gate pass fee for parking. If you would like to prepay, just let us know.

Spacious and clean condo in a great residential community. Great walking paths in the community with access to three onsite restaurants and golf courses. Appreciated having the laundry appliances in the condo unit. Overall a great condo - definitely recommend it.

Perfect little getaway! The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable, decorated very nicely, and right on the beach. Great communication from host with check in information and a few questions we had about the area. Upon our arrival we found they had even left a bottle of wine and card for our anniversary. Will stay here again without hesitation!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will definitely be back. This place was amazing and Jennifer was wonderful and answered any questions I might have. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. The location was great! We had so much fun riding bicycles on the paths in the resort, after a day at the beach! Would highly recommend!

Loved the decor. Clear TV instructions on sight would be good. You were wonderful to respond via FaceTime in order to educate us on the TV. The only improvement I can recommend is darker shades for the bedroom. It was light in the bedroom due to the outdoor area being so lite up which made it hard to sleep.

They were the perfect guests! We had a delivery of a new mattress and couldn’t have helped us out more accepting the delivery. They left our condo clean and even watered our plants. Would love to host them again!

Had a wonderful time in your condo. We are not use to seeing the water thru the trees-Spectacular views. Also love the beautiful beach access in your back yard. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch each morning :)

Best rental on Hilton Head Island

My family and I have traveled to Hilton Head for the last 6 years. This is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The condo was super clean and well decorated. We will try to book this condo for many years to come. If you are hunting for the perfect condo, look no further than this one!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Perfect villa for our winter getaway,. Weather was great the entire month of February. Many thanks to our hosts Bob & Jennifer. The bottle of wine & snacks was a nice touch upon our arrival. We enjoyed the bikes provided and lounging on the balcony. Great villa and amazing location!

Great Condo!

This 1 BR was perfect for my wife and I. Centrally located to all the activities and our restaurants. This the 3rd time we have stayed in Pametto dunes and by far the best place yet. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. Accomdations were very comfortable and attention to detai for the small things like wine, coffee, standard essentials and toiletries, beach chairs and towels; made our stay that more comfortable! Would defintely stay again.

Anniversary Trip

We had an amazing stay celebrating our first anniversary! We wanted a quiet place on the beach where we could just chill. This was it! Private Beach access, bikes and they even had beach chairs and cooler for us to use. Bob and Jennifer were super easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony enjoying the ocean view was a favorite. Definitely recommend!

A nice stay

If you can get past the exorbitant fees added to the reasonable nightly rate, it’s a very nice condominium in a great location in the Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes. The building is impeccably maintained. The condo itself is nicely remodeled. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and check that everything was in order for our arrival. We would gladly book this unit again.

A real gem!

This is a gem of a rental! Spotless, views of the ocean, as well as the pool and very nice landscaping of the property. It was wonderful to walk to the beach, to hear the sea, and the frogs at night. The condo is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs were an added plus. The location cannot be praised enough! The owners were very quick to respond to questions, and booking was easy. We hope to return!

Pros: - The place is fantastic. The grounds are well-manicured and inviting, and the beach is literally steps away. - The condo is spacious for two people, and having two bathrooms is really convenient - a vacation is no time to fight because person 1 is taking too long to get ready while person 2 needs to heed the call of nature. - You'll have to look hard for a better location on Hilton Head. (Very minor) Cons: - The sofa is pretty uncomfortable.- The hot tub by the pool was something we thought we'd take advantage of, but it was frothy - not a sign of cleanliness. It's a shared hot tub next to the shared pool, so my expectations for a well-maintained, pristine jacuzzi might be unreasonable.
