Enjoy lake living at its finest with this newer construction 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home that offers all the amenities you are looking for including a 12'x32' boat slip. Open the door and you will fall in love with the large living room, spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, tray ceilings, lakeside dining, open floor plan plus a generous master suite with jetted tub, tiled walk in shower, & big king sized bed. Spend hours relaxing your way on spacious covered decks. Guests will never want to leave as the lower level offers a huge family room, 3 guest bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a big king sized bed, the other 2 rooms have queen beds with full bunk beds as well, 1 full bath and covered deck. Swim and play all day off the concrete dock or catch some sun a with a large swim platform, diving platform, and steps to get out of the water. A water pad, kayaks, and several other water toys are provided. Enjoy kayaking in a peaceful cove or enjoy boat and PWC rentals just minutes away. You can also bring your own boat or jet skis as house is very close to several popular restaurants by land and water. The 12'x32' slip will house any watercraft that you bring. Don't miss the amazing views from the deck or dock in the mornings and evenings. Many memories to be made and fun for the whole family.

Beautiful home on the lake

Our family loved staying at this property! The kitchen was fully stocked, the Blackstone was great, bedrooms were comfortable and the 2 living rooms worked perfectly. The deck and the cove were the real stars of the show. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. This property is a gem. I would love to stay here again

Awesome lake house!

This place is wonderful! We had a group of 4 adults, one teen and two kids. Loads of room and beds to spare. The dock has all the goodies for a fun time. We brought our boat and that was easy. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary things. We used the Blackstone too! So nice. Great cove for kids and easy access to restaurants! Will definitely be back.

Great experience for family vacation!

The property was perfect! The dock had everything you can think of to keep everyone entertained. The house was very spacious and had all the amenities listed! Host was very responsive to messages! Had a wonderful experience and would encourage others to stay here. We rented a boat from a Pirates Point which was just down the lake from the house and there were a lot of fun lakeside places to visit while out boating!

An excellent house in a great location!

We had a wonderful experience! The house is so nice and comfortable. Plenty of room, the beds are so comfortable and it has great decks overlooking the lake. The dock has all the amenities and appreciated the sitting area, lounge chairs, high dive and lily pad on the dock. The house is located in a calm, spacious cove that is on a calm part of the lake but still close to lots of fun water-front restaurants and bars. The property manager was great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Nice place, crazy steep driveway. All closets, garage and pantry were locked, so there wasn’t room for us to store what we brought for the stay. Also, suggest a sun screen on the upstairs deck. very hot, especially while grilling.

Elaine, Our Master closet, pantry, and garage are locked as they have our personal items in there. All other closets in all the bedrooms along with hallway closets are open for all renters to use. Our driveway is very average for most houses at lake of the ozarks and offers more parking than most if you compare to most others. Glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Family weekend

The house is beautiful and very clean. There are lots of stairs and the driveway is steep, which is not unusual at the Lake. The owner gave helpful suggestions about boat ramps and boat trailer parking. The boat slip worked well for us.Despite all the positives, we will choose a different home next time. The tone of the instructions/rules was very negative. The cleaning fee was high and there was a penalty fee if the clean dishes were still in the dishwasher when we left. There’s a fine if you touch a boat or put a bungee cord on wrong or forget a bathroom trash bag or bother the neighbors. The negativity didn’t feel welcoming and it’s just not the vibe we’re willing to pay for.

We had a great time!

The house looked great and the directions were easy to follow for getting into the house and turning on the water! The house wasn't fully stocked with toilet paper, but Mark was easy to reach with quick response time to make sure we had enough and weren't having any other issues with the house. Overall, we had an amazing weekend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful; fit our group nicely. Owner may want to warn about the VERY steep driveway - we had a little trouble with at no fault of the owner. Also for what the rental rate is there is a lot of housekeeping rules. I would think a lot of that; putting dishes way, etc should be covered by the housekeeping personnel. Overall however the stay was nice and the use of the water toys and nicely furnished dock were our favorite part.
