Newly remodeled cottage located less than half a block from the Oceano Dunes State Park Recreation area. Two bedrooms, one bath with a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a twin pull out in one bedroom. Internet provided with Smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Enjoy the attached patio with propane BBQ and seating for 8. Completely sanitized after every visit for your health and safety. Come enjoy the "SLO life". This property is available for leasing month to month or for a 30-day period.

Back Again!

Another great stay with the family in Oceano. We have thoroughly enjoyed this house and location two years in a row. It’s perfect for us with easy access to the beach, sand dunes, shops and food. A lot of great things to explore up the coast within an hour. We’ll be back!

Cute beach cottage

This cute house accommodate us perfectly, close to the beach, perfect place for ours dogs and the host was incredible. She helped us with so many little things on where to go what to do or make us have a great vacation so we had one of our best vacations ever. We love this town and we will definitely stay at this place again.

Cozy cottage by the beach

Lovely, cozy cottage only 1/2 block to the beach. Great kitchen set-up which we appreciated. Everything was wonderful and we plan to return for our next trip to the Central Coast.

Beach getaway

The property is a short walk to the beach, community center, camp grounds and restaurants. Perfectly placed in the heart of the community. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all questions/concerns. Highly recommend this cozy home

Pretty pricey for location

The location is a bit off the beaten path but is close to the ocean. It was super cute inside and out just in a weird location. All went well and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice weekend stay with 2 kids and a dog.

The unit is a block or so from the ocean and local restaurants which is nice. We enjoyed our time at Oceano Dunes.

Great Location

This was exactly what we needed. Location was perfect for us because we have family camping on the beach and we didnt need to drive a long way back and forth to spend our days with them. We will definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the cute, ocean themed cottage. Cooked up a few meals in the well equipped kitchen. Great location - close to the beach, parks and all the cool places my nephew had planned for our weekend visit.

Family reunion dream

We stayed at Dana’s property while the rest of our family was camping at the Oceano state campground and it was perfect! It was the perfect distance from the beach, super comfortable, and cute! We had an issue where we got locked out but the property manager immediately responded and helped us out. It was a great stay and we enjoyed it!

We stayed 6 nights, the unit is small square footage wise, but all space is utilized to the best advantage. We would recommend this unit and plan to go back in the future

A great place, steps from the beach

This place is small but the layout is efficient, and the location is hard to beat. One note: This is steps from the part of the beach where people drive vehicles onto it, so if you’re into that this is it!
