À propos de cet hébergement

Nous offrons trois chambres privées et spacieuses et 1 salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet de plage. Nous sommes à quelques minutes de la plage d'Oceano et des dunes dans une rue calme entourée de bosquets de saules et d'un lagon. Grande observation des oiseaux et beauté naturelle. Nous fournissons un coin salon de jardin et un parking juste en face du chalet. Mon mari et moi vivons à l'étage et en tant que docents de State Park, nous pouvons répondre à vos questions sur notre bel environnement.

Great relaxing stay

Very nice with comfy beds, quiet area not far from beach access! And not far from Pismo beach, and other areas we visited North of Oceano! Just what we needed! Hope to return in the near future! Thank you Kalleen!

Lovely Cottage, gorgeous location

beautiful location filled with birds and wildlife. owners were super kind and accommodating, despite a late evening check in. the layout wasn't what I pictured - no family room/common area inside, but beautiful outdoor patio with garden! would highly reccomend to anyone visiting the area!

Many positives

The listing should read kitchenette, not kitchen. The room with the kitchenette needs some sort of table. It is also odd that you come and go through a bedroom; there is no other option. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms were a good size, the owners very easy to work with. You must understand that this is three bedrooms and a bathroom. It is more hotel like than house like. It is in close proximity to the beach and many other amenities. I would stay again now that I understand what it is that I am getting. The price was amazing!

Girls Trip

Awesome location, clean, spacious. I’m a single mama and I brought my older teen girls for a quick trip to the beach, to tour Hearst Castle, and then a day in Solvang. We didn’t spend much time in the rental, only to snuggle for a movie as we were going to bed. There was a little noise from upstairs feet in the early morning but nothing that would keep us from coming back.

Great get away with privacy!

This was a great experience the house was beautiful and so was the back yard! Very cozy and lots of room and only minutes away from the beach and good restaurants! The owners also left wine which was very sweet and a great touch! Highly recommend

Great Stay

This was a perfect spot for my friends and I. We had a 2 day stay for a golf tournament and we were conveniently located between the courses we played. We were gone most of the day so coming back after a long day and having our own bedroom was a definite plus!

Cozy, secluded cottage!

We loved staying here! It was comfortable & very cozy. Older cottage but well kept & has an updated bathroom with a wonderful shower & soft water. It was well taken care of, decorated & furnished with much thought, well stocked with linens, coffee pods for the Keurig, a wonderful bottle of wine & snacks. The owners live on the second floor but we were not bothered by any noise. They were available by text for any questions & responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

Very quaint

Hosts were amazing. Wish we would have invited them to have coffee with us. Place was very clean and neat with lots of little extras. Just three bedrooms, but had couch and chair in one to sit and visit and a kurig and fridge and toaster in another for breakfast. Had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there. Outside sitting area was great for morning and evening coffee and drinks. Beach was very close with a really nice walking path by the state park there. You can also drive down the beach. All in all we would stay here again. We were here for a wedding and stayed five nights with another couple.

Comfortable and clean

This ground floor apartment is close to the beach and shopping/restaurants. I loved the beautiful hardwood floors and the beds were so comfortable I didn’t miss mine (the softest sheets ever)!! Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful setting. Thank you!

Relaxing and convenient

We had a nice relaxing stay at this property. It was nicely furnished including a small microwave and refrigerator with a beverage station with a Keurig and nice selection of hot drinks. It was a convenient place for us to stay as it was a short walking distance to the beach with sand dunes and less than an hour drive to Solvang and Los Olivos, where we went shopping and had an enjoyable dinner at the Los Olivos Wine Merchant and Cafe. Check in and check out was easy and the host was accommodating of our late check in. The beds were comfortable and one of the rooms had a sofa with a big screen TV to be able to relax and hang out in. Overall it was a nice place to relax and convenient location to see some nearby sights.

So relaxing!

It was a lovely quiet place, and the hosts were very kind. Exactly what we needed for a little getaway. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the little touches throughout were great.

Plenty of room

We stayed three nights over a birthday weekend. There are two bedrooms so our daughter was able to stay one night. There is plenty of room, and a peaceful patio outside the rooms. As other reviews stated, you can hear the activities of the owners who live upstairs, but It was very quiet at night when we wanted to sleep. We would stay there again.

Great place for three adults

The location is wonderful - close to the beach, walking trails and restaurants. With two grown children, the three bedrooms are perfect for us to each have our own space. And everything we needed was available for our use.

These rooms worked perfectly for us. The spaces are well-appointed and very welcoming. The location is a great jumping off point for many beaches and San Louis Obispo.

Comfortable stay

This is a cute place not far from the beach, and very convenient to Pismo and surrounding areas. The beds were comfortable, linens, towels, etc. in good supply. We also appreciated the bottles of water and bottle of wine! We'd stay again. Thank you.

A slice of heaven

We booked this unit for a 3 night stay. After staying 1 night I wish we would have booked for a week. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The unit itself was very inviting and comfortable. The coffee bar, microwave, and mini fridge all came in handy. The bottled water and snacks were very welcomed. The tv room has a Murphy bed which is very comfy. My fiancé and I hung out a lot in there. We created a great memory eating some to go food from a b-b-que place and root on the Warriors to a victory in game 6 of the NBA finals. The backyard was a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature and the beach. By the way, explore with a GPS. Arroyo Grande, Oceano, and Grover Beach each offer different restaurants that are all good. Didn’t have a bad meal the whole time we were there. The host is happy to recommend places also. This will become our new destination station when we visit Pismo Beach! I wish I could give more stars but definitely a 10+ for us.

Awesome place close to the beach

Kalleen is an amazing host with an awesome place. Kalleen made one of my girlfriends dream came true as one of the beds is a Murphy bed and my girlfriend has always wanted to sleep on one. Couldn’t not say enough about how great our experience was.
