Welcome to the North Shore Restaurant District only steps from the best restaurants in town and just a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Your Home:
5 bedrooms with 3 full baths; all in a private, beautiful beach home. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and comes furnished with a queen bed. The other 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom 2 comes furnished with a daybed which extends to a queen bed and has a beautiful balcony. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a bunk bed and a twin XL bed. Bedroom 4 is furnished with two full beds. The 5th bedroom and your master suite is large and spacious with a bathroom equipped with two sinks, a large bath, and a separate shower. You will also enjoy the large living room, beautiful kitchen, and spacious dining area.

Enjoy your coffee on the upstairs balcony or on the wrap around porch downstairs before heading to the beach. Beach passes are included with your beach home so head on up to the ocean and enjoy your day at Jenkinson Boardwalk. For dinner, explore the many restaurants within steps from your home or have a night in and use the grill, large kitchen, and dining room to host your friends and family.

Need a break from the beach? We have exciting renovations coming in 2025 that will make the backyard feel like a resort. You can relax by the pool and you will notice that you are just one street away from Point Pleasant’s Chartered Boat and Fishing tours that offer day and evening water excursions.

Relaxing vacation

This is the first time we rented this home. It was very relaxing. We had three generations there and everyone had a great time. There were restaurants across the street which we tried. The food was delicious. The pool was very relaxing. Vincent was great getting back to me on any questions I had.. There is a small grass area in the front, which the kids had fun running around on and playing frisbee.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had an amazing vacation at Point Pleasant Beach with family! The house was perfect in so many ways. There was plenty of space for everyone, kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, backyard with the pool was fantastic! We walked to the beach, town, restaurants. We enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Great place great location

The house was more than large enough for the 8 of us and the pool was the key for the children. Great amenities there and great location, just steps away from many restaurants and a few blocks to the beach. Highly recommend.

"Awesome house

We stays for New Years weekend with the family and really enjoyed the house setup. I was big enough that we all had plenty of space to eat together and watch TV.

Good location

Great location. House was plenty big. Pool was a savior since beach got shut down due to riptides for 3 days. Everyone ( grandkids, kids and adults) had an enjoyable time.

Fall Beach Vacation

My family planned a fall get away and chose to stay at this property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very spacious and clean and worked nicely for our needs. The host and property manager responded very quickly to our questions and all communications. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're back in the area.

Nice Family Home

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. the check-in and out process was smooth as could be. The property manager was very responsive to an issue with cable and did everything possible to get it resolved.

Perfect family getaway***

We were 4 families with 3 toddlers and it was the perfect setup! Having a pool when we didn't feel like lugging toddler wagons to the beach was great! Walking distance to restaurants, plenty of parking and very clean! My only wish was that the king trundle turned into a king bed... but other than that perfect vacay house and looking to rent next year!

House was amazing. Tracy was so helpful and went out of her way to drop of some arts and crafts for the kids when we were expecting bad weather. A nice walk/short drive to the beach. Beach badges included was wonderful!

Family Vacation at the Shore

House was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and the pool and patio were our favorite area after a morning at the beach. Owners were easy to communicate with and the property manager was beyond wonderful. Can’t say enough about our vacation! We were a group of extended family and the house gave everyone the space they needed.

A nice getaway in a home large enough for our multi-generational family to spend time together in a location fairly convenient to the boardwalk and beach. The pool was good for the kids. Excellent communication with home owner! Very clean property!

Ideal Vacation for Family

Every year we look for a vacation place to accommodate our family including grandchildren ages 1-1/2 to 12 years old. This place was ideal for our needs, especially because there was an inground pool and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house and property are very well maintained. The open floor plan made it easy to cook and watch all activities going on in the main living space. I highly recommend this property and the responsiveness of the owner.

Long weekend for a wedding with my parents, kids, and dog. Beautiful spacious house with great amenities that is walking distance from down town and the beach. The house appears as advertised. Simple straightforward instructions for check in and check out. The host is very responsive, easy to work with, and quick to address any minor questions/issues we experienced. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Beach Town

This home was the perfect ‘home away from home’ for our group of 8. It was very clean and nicely decorated with more than enough space for all of our things. We cooked the majority of our meals in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed the large dining table for both meals and card games. The pool was enjoyed daily, as well as the wrap around porch. Tracy Anne was amazingly attentive to both our home needs (fridge needed the filter changed-she rushed over to fix it) and tourist questions. We also liked that the house was near the North end of the Boardwalk/Beach (much less crowded).

Kristen and her group were absolutely fantastic guests and we would love to have them back anytime! Their communication was great and they left the home in perfect condition. We appreciate Kristen and we welcome them back for their next Jersey Shore vacation!

Point Pleasant Beach House

The house was large and spacious. Several comments for people who are considering this property: * not a "stone's throw from the beach". about 8 blocks. * this house is on a main road as you enter Point Pleasant Beach. Friday and Saturday nights bring more activity. * you can hear the train whistle periodically. The house is spacious, the pool can be larger, across the street from several restaurants that are good options for dinners.

Being next to some of the best restaurants in town is always a guest favorite so we are glad you enjoyed that! Your group was a pleasure to host and we appreciate you for leaving the house in perfect condition. The house location is accurately depicted on the VRBO map so we apologize for that. We find that our guests enjoy being away from the beach crowds but still only a 10 minute walk to the ocean, and next to several excellent restaurants. Thank you and we would love to host you again in the future!

The gorgeous porch was perfect for having coffee and reading and relaxing.

Just as described on line. To make it ideal, I would have liked mirrors and dressers or a night tables for the bedrooms for a place to put phones, tissues, etc. I could have used grab bars in the bathroom. and in the downstairs bedroom there is no light switch. I had to walk into a dark room and fumble for the lamp, which is very dim. Linens good, but no bathmats. Had to buy a mat. Kitchen wonderful, so spacious and clean, and entire house was immaculate. We all loved the porch. The pool (a little small) and outdoor furniture were perfect. Futon king bed not comfortable. Hosting 12 would be a stretch. Location good - parking great - easy to contact Tracey and she was very responsive.

Thank you Liz for the feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay! We do have the one upstairs room without a night table so we can look into making that addition. We have three lamps in the downstairs queen master but we can also look at adding that fourth fan light as well so we appreciate that feedback.
