While the pilot is away, you can play! Best of all, dogs welcome, but be sure to get pre-approval for your dog, extra fees will apply! Gorgeous, sexy, remodeled house with an emphasis on travel. Relax by the sparkling heated pool (heat extra), play games in the large, shaded area. Grill outside, or cook in the fully stocked remodeled kitchen. This sophisticated house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Treat yourself to a sunny Phoenix vacation with this unique and artistic house as your home base.
Propane heat is available for the pool at an extra cost of $100/day, 3 day minimum

The space
From the minute you enter thru the front door to the welcoming great room, you will feel the good vibes of this tastefully decorated, open space. Unwind on the comfortable sectional and watch Smart tv with Amazon fire stick, or log in with your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. Private Wifi provided.

The location is perfect for golfing, and family trips. Being close to the Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter, Old Town Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, City North, the TCP open, Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, the Arabian Horse Show, and Talking Stick Casino are all a short Uber ride away. There are 6 golf courses within 6 miles of the house.

Can’t leave your fur baby behind? We are pet friendly! Up to well behaved dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $40 per pet per night or a minimum of $150 per dog and an additional deposit of $200 per dog.
